“Although this is a free clinic, I agree it feels like a boutique experience.
The atmosphere is really calm and relaxed and upbeat — not drab. The front staff and the nurse are very nice, and personable.
The testing is very comprehensive (pharyngeal and rectal swabs, as well as urine samples, blood sample and rapid testing). They let you know about HIV and HepC within 20 mins, and the results come very, very quickly after (I had an appointment Thursday at 3pm and results were in Friday at 12pm). Finally, they have a comprehensive PreP and PEP program for HIV treatment — entirely free, with regular testing and telehealth option — and include modern options like Apretude and Descovy.
The last thing I will say is that, for the first time in my life, I almost lost consciousness while getting my blood drawn, and I just felt relieved by the nurse's bedside manner — giving me space, paper towels for the sweat, fruit juice, etc.
They are calm and really good about giving you step-by-step instructions, the rooms are private, the bathroom is large and private, everything is clean, I felt it was rather neurodivergent friendly — much more than most places I've been.
I felt well taken care of. We're lucky to have these Novus clinics in the area. I can't believe I used to go to really loathsome urgent care options — expensive and often dismissive.”
“I went to get bloodwork done today and Nelly made my experience as wonderful as possible. I get very nervous and lightheaded when getting bloodwork and Nelly couldn’t have been more supportive and caring throughout the whole process, I felt so comfortable and taken care of. “Very friendly and professional. Testing was quick. Results came back next day. Entrance was horrible. Must use your phone to scan code posted outside. Fill out information while outside. Unfortunately, I went on the coldest day of the year. There was a line, no one knew what to do. Door is locked. Called, woman said no waiting come in. When I didnt go in, someone came out, like 5 people in front of me, who didnt know what to do. Some phones did not register the code for scanning. She took them in to use their iPads. Other than the entrance, place is great.”
“I usually don’t write reviews for this kind of thing but I have to for this location. I have been taking blood On and off for the last year, and I have been going to different locations. I figured I would try out the Ivyland spot and it is 10 out of 10. I got there right when they opened at 7 AM and I was leaving by 7:20 AM as a walk-in appointment. The lab tech who took my blood work, knew I was nervous because I had a lot of blood to give for my lab results and she was able to talk To me the entire time so I would not get in my head. This will be my main point to go to moving forward because they were that great!”
“I unfortunately had to come in and do the 3-hour glucose testing as I failed my previous 1 hour glucose pregancy test, so needless to say anxiety levels were at an all time high.
The technician that I had, Anesa, was with me during the whole duration. Anesa is an exceptional lab technician whose precision, professionalism, compassion and dedication are truly unmatched. She was consistently timely and accurate during each of the three 1 hour lab draws while maintaining the highest standards for safety and quality.
I especially need to give her praises as being a nurse practitioner myself, she is the embodiment of who I would strive to work with personally. Given that my testing took 3 hours, during that time frame I was also able to see her assisting other patients troubleshooting the check-in device, managing complex specimens, being a team player and constantly being respectful with both her coworkers and clients.
I came to 2 hours before my appointment and even given how busy the location was they were still able to accommodate me and take me in quickly. I have found my future testing site and plan on referring my own friends, family and patients!”

“I don’t often write reviews but it’s important to acknowledge when someone is amazing at their job. I walked into lab corp today without an appointment. The wait time was about an hour but well worth it. Valecia was our lab tech and did an amazing job taking my 16 month olds blood. She was calm, kind, patient and skilled. My daughter was moving and she still managed to get everything done on the first stick. Highly recommend her for pediatric patients.”
“The employees at Atlantic diagnostic laboratories were extremely friendly and let me in as soon as i rang the door bell. I was in and out within 5 minutes for my covid test. The first time i went for my covid test a few months ago there was a line to get tested but it was all very organized and went quickly. I strongly recommend going to Atlantic diagnostic laboratories for covid tests and or any lab test your doctor orders!”
“The ladies at this location are amazing! I took both my boys 10 and 9 Years of age for their first blood draw. The ladies were friendly and quick! Total 20 mins in and out for myself and the boys. Great experience!”

“This was the best Quest Labs that I ever went to. Very friendly and nice.
My last experience at the Bensalem one was horrible. No one was nice and
made me feel unwelcomed and the technician made me have a big golf ball size lump at where she took the blood. I went back the next day for her to look at it and she said it was normal..it was not she messed up the vein and acted stupid. I felt out of place in Bensalem.”
“Went online made an appointment needed results back fast. Once I arrived I waited in lobby for 3.5 minutes. Receptionist called me I checked in. Gave my samples I was there for a grand total of 12 minutes max. Got results the next day. ?”
“Every single time I come here which is often, whether I make an appointment or walk in, the entire process is no more then 5 min. Staff is friendly, and you hardly feel the draw. I told my nurse in 4 today that they should Ali be sent to train the hospital nurses because I come home looking like a checkerboard full of bruises everytime. For routine blood work, I've been to many places, but my first choice is always the quest. And welsh. My dad has been coming here for like fifteen years as well. The staff is amazing.”

“Yes, the place is on the smaller side. However, they were very quick and efficient. We had Cindy draw our blood. She had great bedside manner and was excellent drawing blood, even for my wife whose veins are often hard to find. Some of the other reviews may be low, but we had a 5 star experience.”

“Gianna goes above and beyond. Looked into the tests on the orders to insure insurance coverage, called the ordering provider to clarify, came up with ways to minimize difficult resampling..... After a frustrating, futile 1.5 hour wait at another location, Tiffany and Gianna in Newtown got the tests done! Thank you ?”
