“I visited AT&T several times and did not have the best service due to an issue with a misspelling of my name on our account, however on this occasion Juliana wiped away the memory of all of those experiences. I was told by all the other representatives to figure it out in the app or call customer service but Juliana took the time to help us sort out the issue in the app and get a new phone within minutes. She made helpful suggestions and perfectly applied my screen protector and case saving me from pulling out my hair attempting to do it myself. I couldn't be happier with her smiling service, and will definitely make sure she's working next time I need AT&T.”

“I have been having real issues with my samsung galaxy s25 phone for several weeks. I took it to the xfinity store where it was purchased, spent a lot of time on the phone with Samsung support and a regular computer fix shop. Finally ending up in IBreakufix. I'm so happy we went there. Michael was the absolute best!! My phone and computer are fixed and he gave the best customer service ever! Very patient and knowledgeable. Ramon helped me with an issue today that initially could not be resolved to my satisfaction. After I left, he continued to research the issue to find an alternate solution, and gave me a call to let me know he was successful. I returned quickly and the issue was 100% resolved. Very happy customer. I've used this store for years, and have had experience with other stores as I've helped family members and friends. Don't use a mall store.
