“Last week I went into the store to upgrade a phone on our account. Trevor was our sales associate in the Bensalem store. He was wonderful in answering all our questions that night, so we decided to upgrade another line that same night. After that pleasant experience we went yo see Trevor again but at a different location (cause we only wanted to deal with him). We then upgraded two more lines on the account. If anyone is looking to shop Verizon for service I would recommend they see Trevor. He’s straight and too the point, and not someone who will give you the run around. Kudos to Trevor for making getting new phones (something that’s just as bad as buying a new car) a wonderful experience. We appreciate all his help and patience with us.”

“We had an outstanding experience with Jordan at the Verizon Neshaminy store. My son’s Apple Watch was having an issue connecting to cellular service, which meant he couldn’t make calls or send texts from the watch. Jordan went above and beyond to get the issue resolved. He spent a significant amount of time working with us and calling Verizon support until everything was finally working correctly. He was patient, persistent, and never made us feel like we were taking up too much of his time. I also want to recognize Salina. She and Jordan created such a welcoming, friendly atmosphere in the store. They were personable, helpful, and made what could have been a frustrating experience a really positive one. This is exactly the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back. Thank you, Jordan and Salina, for taking such great care of us. Highly recommend the Verizon Neshaminy store!”

“Just left this AT&T, needed a new plan. It was pretty quiet inside, which was nice, and they had a decent amount of seating while I waited. Staff seemed helpful enough, though I mostly just focused on getting what I needed.”
