“They did a fantastic job with our golden retriever, Finn! We just rescued him about a month ago and we don’t think he had ever been groomed. They did an amazing job without having to explain what we wanted done. Scheduling was easy and the owner cares about her clients. Very reasonably priced and will 100% use them again. Our family said he looks younger with his new cut!”

“We took our new rescue dog in today to get some things and we are very grateful for all the help!! The owner is extremely knowledgeable and a true dog lover!! We were given a ton of helpful advice and got some great products for our furbaby Skyla!! She loved the store and him. He helped us measure her for the harness to correct her pulling and pick the right one. It instantly made a difference.If you want good quality products for your pets, this is the place to go!!!We love small local businesses and this is truly an asset to our neighborhood!! “This was my first visit. I was greeted so warmly. While I browsed I could staff chatting with a gentleman who must have been a frequent customer. I appreciate the way the staff treats both new and loyal customers. In addition to an amazing assortment of garden items, there was a large section devoted to pets. Not just dogs and cats, but other small pets one might have. The service I received was outstanding. The young man even carried a 40 lb bag of top soil to my car! Who does that anymore? If you’re looking for quality products and people who treat you like a valued neighbor, then please visit Imperial Agway. I sure will be shopping here again!”
“As you probably know, Petco is a large national pet store chain that sells products and services for pets as well as some small live pets. This Petco did not sell all of the brands and products that I like to buy for my cats, but I found some of the products and also similar substitutes. I now have sufficient cat food, treats, and litter to last awhile. The prices were slightly more expensive than what I could get from their online competitor Chewy. When I checked out at the cash register, the cashier said a friendly hello, accurately rang up the items, carefully bagged them, and wished me a good day. This Petco will NOT be my regular store for shopping for my pets, but my overall experience today was still good.”
“Amber and her team are fantastic. You can tell they truly care about the experience of not only the pets but the customers. We took our golden doodle, Goldie, for grooming and she came back beautiful and happy! Recommend their variety of clean products and especially love the self service bath and blow dry.”

“I had to board my dog for the first time since rescuing her. It was difficult to be separated from her, but Dog Stop made it an easy process and treated her so well. We really liked being able to see her on the camera to check in on her. I would definitely recommend them!”
“Our old English bulldogs LOVE these treats! For their 5th birthday we ended up purchasing 2 birthday cakes and they were wonderful! The dogs devoured them and I didn't even feel that grossed out when my two year old twins decided to take a bite lol. It's all human grade lol. Best dog treats and cakes around. And super reasonable prices!”
“Great little store with exactly what I need! My bunnies use wood pellets for their litterbox, and Agway's pellets are fantastic. They're extremely inexpensive, and the pellets help eliminate any odor. They disintegrate very easily, making the cleaning process easy. The folks who work there couldn't be nicer, so I will definitely be purchasing my pellets from them from now on! I asked them a question on facebook about 2 weeks ago and they're fast with answering you. Their customer service is great!Random note: I love the little cat who hangs out in the store! I'm an animal lover, and it always makes me happy to see an animal hanging out and bringing a smile to customers' faces while they browse and/or stand in line.”
“The store was a little underwhelming for the size of the location. I was expecting there to be more items for cats. I was there using a $5 off coupon and they didn't have much of anything. Pretty bummed about that. I'm used to going to the one in East Liberty. Which is very small. I'm sure they have whatever people need if they're still open.”

“These guys are really fabulous - they rescued my manx cat Dexter who was afraid during a move and hid in a tunnel behind my sink that I didn't even know existed. They left a wildlife trap and in a couple days he came out to eat and they got him. He was treated well and held in good conditions in their kennel until we could pick him up. These people really care about animals and absolutely go the distance, can't say enough good things about them.”
“Best place around to buy high end designer dog wear. They also have toys & treats for cats & dogs. Beautiful collars & leashes too. The manager there always goes out of his way to help. Very nice shop!”

“Petco.com made a mistake and sent me cat food instead of dog food. This put me in a bind since they could not ship me my replacement in time before I ran out of food. The specific brand I get is not carried in the store. Tom, the general manager came to my rescue.... He called around to other Pet Stores, and personally picked up for me on his way to work the next day. What a kind gesture and unbelievable customer service!!! Thank you for going above and beyond!”

“I went in to get the same food I get every month from either Chewy or PetSmart. Both places were out of it and my kitty was running very low. Two employees from PetSmart came over and helped me troubleshoot what options I possibly had. I can't just get any food because what I needed was Purina H/A which you have to have a prescription to get. In the end they recommended I talk with my vet (always a good suggestion) but that Purina is probably having some supply chain issues and the Hills Z/D is the same thing just a different brand and that is probably what the vet will recommend. Well, they were spot on with all of it. I was very grateful for their help and their knowledge and the time they took to try and get my kitty the food she needs!”
“Love this store. Since I recently moved back to this area after being away for 30 years I have been shopping more regularly at this Petco location. The other day I met a sweet woman whose name I believe was Angie. We had a nice conversation about our cats and she gave me good tips on how to determine my cat from trying to get out the door. Use loud noises and deterrent and I have been doing just that. I think it might save his life. Thank you Angie! You have beautiful kitties and I really enjoyed talking with you. Sometimes you meet someone who you know is a special angel in this world and Angie is one of those people. ”
“I took my daughter here to get some freshwater plants to start out our new small aquarium, they had a huge assortment of fish plants and products to buy all looking in great condition they had an amazing variety of everything and were very nice and helpful.”
“We sometimes come here for grooming. Each time, the staff is super friendly. The pricing is up-front, and it's easy to schedule appointments online. Right before Christmas, it was pretty busy, but the time they estimated for us was accurate and has never run over. They do a nice job cutting our poodle's hair when we can't make it into our normal groomer.”
“The prices at Petco are much lower than the nearby petsmart. The people that work here are just so much more friendlier also. The price I get to order my dog's food online is much lower so I will continue to do that. But in the future if I need to go to a pet store, this will be my location of choice.”
