“It's an old-school post office with old-school, outstanding, face-to-face customer service. I've had a few different types of issues with moving to the area, and the people here went above and beyond to help get things sorted out.”
“Excellent Service!! A little bit old school, no scan in computer system etc, limited hours. But Fantastic customer service and somehow when I drop off packages here they seem to get from point A to point B much faster. The tracking picks up in about a day and they ship quite quickly. One of the 2 fastest post offices in the whole town.”

“Best post office ever. Not a "real" post office staffed by uniformed post office employees, but a real old fashioned place run by the local post master. She is very friendly and seems to know everybody. I frequently mail stuff overseas or to APO addresses and she always knew all the regulations (about customs and whatnot) right off the top of her head. I always dread going to a city post office, because they never know which customs form I am supposed to use or whether I can get delivery confirmation or whatever. They inevitably get it all screwed up, have to call the manager, and look it up in some book. Major hassle. But not here - she is a walking encyclopedia of post office minutiae, and friendly too!”
“I didn't really need any services today but I figured that I would stop by and drop off my postcards at this post office. I chose it for no reason other than the name of the town so that it appears last in my list of Yelp reviews after Zolfo Springs. Welcome to Zullinger! When I can find a place that starts with ZY... on my travels, then I'll go there too! The post office is of course closed on Sunday but they have a mailbox you can drive up to and not have to get out of the car. [Review 15136 overall, 638 of 2021, number 556 in Pennsylvania.]”
“The Catonsville Post Office is my local post office so I have used it frequently. This post office gets very busy and there is usually a long line to wait for counter service. They do have a drop bin now for prepaid packages so you don't have to wait in line any longer to just drop off prepaid packages. The ladies that work here are very nice. I have however had a mishap with one of the ladies where she insisted that she could stack up all of my prepaid packages on the scale all at once and weigh them together. You definitely can't do this - I ended up going back and forth with customer service due to this to get the charges corrected. All of the other ladies have been awesome. The parking lot here is very small and tight. Be prepared to park on the street and walk a little bit to avoid the nearby street parking spots that are metered.”
“This post office is very convenient yet always busy. The workers are so so w customer service but fast and efficient. Most days there are at least 10+ people ahead of me but the wait times are short. Pros - Great parking lot, 2 drop boxes that are conveniently car window length. Plenty of P.O. Boxes to accommodate customers. Cons - My biggest gripe is that this post office is most popular considering there are 4 other local offices yet they have the worse hours. They close earlier than the others during the week and weekend.”
“I've used this post office several times to send packages and I live in town and have not had any issues with my mail. Not sure why there's so many negative experiences but I've always had friendly and quick service.”

“Got a PO Box set up and a package sent all in 10 minutes! The lady working there (forgive me I did not get her name) was a tremendous help and super personable. Its the little things like this in life that boost your morale in your journey! Great experience here!”
