Closing time was 7pm and everyone stayed after to meet our needs and even tho we didn’t leave with exactly what I wanted they catered to my every request and we are still working on getting it dialed in! Can’t express my gratitude enough!! Thank you!!!”

“Hot Topic will always be my favorite store. I have never left there empty handed. I love the variety of band shirts, anime items, horror movie items and the best place to go around Halloween time. The best part is not I get to share my love for this store with my daughter, the only downfall is she wants to buy everything! The store employees are always nice and helpful too. Honestly a little too helpful when they suggest other things to my daughter who just “has to have it”. lol.”

“Went here for Christmas shopping this year, great deals but a little crowded.We didn’t get everything we needed; so we went to the north face at KOP.Let me say; the Northface at KOP SUCKS!! They had nothing compared to this store.”

“Located in the Philadelphia premium outlet mall, closer to parking lot A towards and closer to the central Plaza. They have good line up of mens clothing and youth, that's what we shopped here for. They got t-shirts, shirts, round neck, and a lot of styles.The service is very good in this outlet on a Memorial Day weekend. The check-out lanes are fast compared to others . They kept pushing you for the credit card.
But the store is well maintained and attractive to shop. The price seems to be moderate, in my opinion. The staff did help me and very accomdating.
If you have a rewards account with them or Vip simon, you can avail of a discount. It's not well maintained. It's okay place to shop for clothing for reasonable price.

We arrived just after opening and many stores were still closed and would be until noon!
