“The 2 separate crews of gentlemen that loaded and unloaded our Zippy container (Texas: Jesus and his 2 co workers & Pennsylvania: James and Kevin) were EXCELLENT!
All of our items arrived safely.
Communication was extremely poor from Zippy. I thought I would choose a delivery date. Instead one was assigned to me over a week later than I desired. On the assigned delivery date, we were given a different (several days later) delivery date. We received no email or text the day before the new delivery date with a delivery time window.
A call and text was sent an hour before the movers arrived but the phone was in airplane mode. I became aware of the movers arrival when they rang my doorbell.”

“I have shipped small loads before with another company and had a bad experience. TSI made this so easy. I worked with Steve and he and the team kept me informed and picked up one piece of furniture in one state and within a week, we had the piece in our home in another state. The movers were professional and called the day before and then about 30 minutes before they showed up for delivery. They even picked up furniture after 2 feet of snow was dumped at the pick up location.”

“The moving crew for local and interstate moves were very good. However, communication between the Sales person, office staff and 3rd party movers to uninstall/install chandeliers and lights was horrible. 3rd party installers (poor quality of service). The office staff responsible for sending paperwork made too many mistakes, I had to make multiple followup calls to fix contract/cost paperwork errors.
Overall communication: Poor
Local storage packing: Poor. Dressers were all damaged, heavy boxes stacked on top of lighter boxes inspite of clear instructions.”

“I can't say enough good things about this company. First of all, they actually answer the phone with a live person every time you call!! That in and of itself is amazing! We went with another company to start with as they were cheaper, and they ended up not showing up on our move date and were a nightmare to deal with. I contacted Rich to explain our dilemna to him, and he was able to move us at 8:30 the next morning in 100+ heat! Team of 3 moving things up 2 flights of stairs. Wrapped everything and were very careful. Did a fabulous job! We would use them again and highly recommend to everyone!”
