I called them first thing in the morning to schedule an estimate for repairs from a car accident, and within the next couple hours the estimate was complete and they began working on the repairs. I mentioned to them that I had a really tight timeframe on when I needed the car back, and they worked above and beyond to get it done very quick. When I picked it up, my car looked brand new as if it had come from the dealership. I was astonished at how personable they were, and how amazing my car was when I picked it up. Could not thank them enough for everything they have done. I would not take my vehicle anywhere but here. This shop is very honest and works hard to assist the customer in any way possible, whether it be financially, or with recommendations on repairs. Cannot recommend this place enough!”

“The best service experience I've ever had with an automobile. I have a 2010 Cadillac CTS wagon, that I purchased to restore and use as a classic. The car, although in very good condition, had severely corroded wheels. Took the car to Bonehead for a powdercoating estimate. I was told that they couldn't guarantee their normal price due to the condition of the wheels. They were up front about it, and told me how much extra I might have to pay. I decided to have them powdercoat the wheels. They told me would take one week.
After one week received the call. The wheels were done. The wheels look fantastic, and they charged me no more than their normal rate. The wheels look showroom. Also, customer service was excellent from start to finish.
I highly recommend Bonehead for wheel powdercoating. You will be amazed at how good your wheels will look.”

“My Tesla Model Y needed body work done due to an accident. Burns provided a flatbed truck. The Burns driver drove three hours one way to pick up and return my car after being repaired. The customer service was excellent every step of the way with phone calls and text message updates. The final repair looks like new and everything is back to working order (lights, sensors). I highly recommend Burns Collision.....The work was done in a reasonable timeline start to finish.”

“I'm editing this review to reflect my recent purchasing experience. On a whim, I decided to ask the service manager while I was getting some service done to have my vehicle trade in value looked at and they gave me a number that was significantly more than i was expecting. When I get home, I talk to my wife and she puts the idea in my head to go get the vehicle I actually wanted. When I purchased my vehicle from them a little over a year ago, I was in desperate need of one, so I bought a vehicle that, on hindsight, wasn't really a fit for me. I ended up going back and talking to Malikah again about what options I would have. I was on the road within 20 minutes of the initial conversation. I was at the dealership by 6pm and was out of the door with my new CX 5 within an hour and a half. Now, I get that car dealerships tend to have a stigma of being dishonest, but I've had several car buying experiences at dealerships and this is, hands down the best. I went in knowing what I wanted. They were up front on pricing and what to expect, and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of, which is a rare quality among dealerships. Plus, Malikah was genuinely delightful.
I would highly reccomend both Faulkner Mazda and the Mazda brand in general, and if you're in the market for something nice, that isn't has plain or boring as a Toyota or Honda, this is the place for you. I'm on my second vehicle from than in about a year, and, granted, now that I have exactly what I want, I wonr be back for a while, but rest assured, they get first dibs on my business going forward.
