“Absolutely the best body shop I’ve ever been to. Tim’s was helpful and communicative every step of the way. When the insurance company wanted to make me get a used and scratched up replacement bumper instead of a new one, Tim’s worked it out for me and got the appropriate new one covered. The repair was completed and done in one day, and when I picked it up I was surprised to find that they not only washed the vehicle, but they had detailed the inside (looked like it just rolled off the car lot), left me a complimentary water bottle, and left a frisbee for my daughter on her car seat. They are professional and did great work, with the kind of above and beyond customer service I haven’t seen anywhere in decades. Can’t recommend enough!”

“I couldn't be happier w/ the service there at Dale Lee's. Jeff is a great guy to work with. He keeps you up to date on what's going on w/ your vehicle and he did a lot of the communicating w/ my insurance for me (Erie Insurance). It took a little longer than planned but that's because they are thorough in their work.
Apparently, it took me a little while to get in there w/ my vehicle b/c many folks have been hunting deer with their vehicles (much to their chagrin).
In any case, 5/5 stars from me.”

“Chris is the best guy around! Will literally figure out how to fix your truck especially if your battery has corroded the mounts. He will do just about anything to help you get your truck fixed even in the parking lot. Skin his knuckles trying to get a corroded bolt out and says oh well its nothing. “Just went to Autozone and had to get a new wiper.
Dominic saw my son and I having an issue with putting on the driver side wiper blade and ask if he can assist.
He happened to be there on his day off It took him 2 seconds to put the blade on lol.
We thanked him but noticed right before he was leaving that the wiper didnt work.
I ask him what it could possibly be? He said it could be a loose screw.
He came back and helped with tightening the wiper.

“Since Chad recently acquired Lasher's Garage on Horseshoe Pike, I decided to switch from my other service business to Chad since he is closer to my home. Glad I did. He took care of my inspection and a couple other service requests. His pricing for the work was reasonable. I will be taking my other 2 vehicles and motorcycle to him for service as well. “He fixed my car and did an excellent job! My car had damage on the Front Driver's side of the vehicle and the front bumper got ripped off in the accident! My car is 20 years old and he matched up the paint perfectly! You can't tell where he did the work and the original car begins! He even did a few side jobs on the car I needed done for no extra charge! If you ever need Autobody work, I highly recommend these guys! (Ask for Dale).”

“Needed my Ridgeline’s tailgate lock fixed (not a Honda part so dealer wouldn’t touch it). This place? Figured out it was a loose connection but after discussion, replaced the parts since they had them in stock and the lock was more than six years old so heavily used. And as a bonus, he figured out how to secure a piece of my cap that kept falling off, and replaced the window’s rubber strip as well. Now my truck is great and I’m very happy with the work.
