“Took the truck in to be fixed and took 5 days due to the holiday. When we bought the vehicle we were told we would get a loaner vehicle and the service dept said they don’t do that at this dealership. Also we were told the 2 small dents could be pulled out but we had to wait a month so all the paperwork could be put in the system so it would be covered under the warranty. The truck did get fixed but the dents did not. Would have given 5 stars but because the sales and the financing people lied to us about a loaner vehicle and pulling out the dents i can only give 4 stars.”

“Had a great experience with Crash Champions after a minor sideswipe accident on my Infiniti Q50. They did an excellent job matching the paint on the side quarter panel, front bumper, and hood / and rim scuff repair where the rim now looks brand new — you’d never know the car was damaged!

“I was involved in an accident in October 2025.i got rear ended and went through the at fault drivers insurance. The insurance mailed me a check after estimate I got connected with VIVE through Hyundai. the estimator came out to my job through penn national which was on penn national but was very low estimating the repairs labor and part to be $700. With the holidays I waited until after the new year to get the car worked on. Whenever I called and spoke with Alex through VIVE she was very kind, helpful, listened, and answered any questions I had.
I am understanding not everything was VIVE, but I called to see if the part was in, and it was. I also got penn national to increase the budget for rental cost as I wanted something in comparison to what I drove, an SUV. In the event it snowed I wanted to be driving an SUV-I commute to and from work.
I get the car in and VIVE sends text messages throughout the process. When the first part came in I thought the part name was interesting, but was told some makers call the parts different names but the bumper needed to be replaced. I also mentioned a sensor that could have been bad as it was going on and off following the accident. Not sure if that was ever checked. I get a text saying the bumper needed to be replaced and vive had to reach out to penn national for costs/repairs. vive got the part and it was replaced, this was around a Thursday. Remember I had a rental. VIVE was waiting to hear back from penn national and didn't hear anything confirming another check was not sent to me.Thursday evening before vive closed I spoke with someone and I put her in contact with Kyle from penn national as he was the only person who answered and helped me throughout this process. Friday I hadn't heard from anyone from vive. Around 4:30pm I called VIVE, they close at 5pm. The person I spoke to the day before answered and said they were able to get ahold of Kyle and he confirmed there had been no additional check sent to me. Meaning I can get the car and had to return the rental. Thankfully I called. I did get short because it was Friday at 4:30pm vive already knew I was worried about the rental and not wanting out of pocket costs. I mentioned in a text previously. I work 30mins away and have a little one, so I need to arrange things. I also had been stalling putting more gas in the rental because I wasn't sure if I was returning it or having to still use it over the weekend. The person I spoke with said, I left you a message and was told you were coming in this afternoon. I got annoyed and told her unless she spoke directly with me that's false and returning the car in the morning/afternoon would mean me taking off work which I wouldn't do. I would just plan accordingly. I left work in a flash. Called Enterprise to arrange things. I got to vive got stuff out the rental into my car, got in the rental, replaced the gas, dropped off at enterprise, and enterprise employee dropped me off at vive. Not replacing gas in the rental could have resulted in out of pocket costs with enterprise.
The car repairs were done well and my car was cleaned out BEAUTIFULLY. All in all I am happy with everything, but I will say there is communicate barriers at VIVE. No one called me when the part was in which is fine I wanted to wait anyways, but once vive heard back from penn national leaving me a voice mail and not calling me at all throughout the day on a Friday could have cost me money with the enterprise rental. Thankfully I thought to call. I am a talker (as you can tell with the review), but other than Alex almost every time I called vive I felt I was a bother to them. Bummer dealers don't do repairs directly anymore I hope I don't need repairs in the future but in the event I do I will consider options, but would consult with vive again.”
