“This is honestly one of the best pets stores in the Lehigh valley not just because of their selection, but because of their attitude and knowledge. Tia (I believe that was her name) was extremely helpful in helping me select a Shrimp safe fish for my tank. She had an all around good attitude. She also was knowledgeable about terrarium plants and helped my wife select plants for her crested gecko tank. I will be going back and I hope Tia is there when I do!”

“Fantastic staff who are very knowledgeable and will make sure your tanks have fish that are compatible. They are very kind and very helpful. We drive almost an hour just to get fish here. The fish are very well taken care of here!”
“Just realized, whenever I previously rated this store, I only gave 3 stars (probably bc I wasn't a frequent shopper there). Well, I'd like to update that rating. AfFordable Pet center is in my must shop list for my pets. We have 3 dogs and 2 cats. I can always find what I need (and then some haha) every trip. Staff is always super friendly, and can answer most questions. They're always interested in how you like their product selection (especially if it's something new), will go the extra mile to find products you're looking for and will either order it for you or depending on the item, even start stocking it. Pricing is very consistent with other retailers, some items I've found are also less expensive here. You can pretty much make this place a one stop shop depending on your needs.”
“The mill is amazing… The only place we get hay. It’s about 20 to 25 minutes away from us and we still will take the drive! Amanda really helped me out today… I have a sick toddler and needed hay. She helped me move things around in my car to put it in my trunk! She went above and beyond. I truly appreciated it!”
“I thought it time to update this review.
I've continued to shop this store regularly and every visit since the one prompting my original review has been nothing short of pleasant.
I've been greeted with a smile and everyone has been very upbeat. Exactly like most reviewers have reported.
Clearly there's something to be said about the quality of care they take if we contined to shop there despite a poor experience last year.
Old post:
I've been to this store off and on for many years. Back when Sarah still worked there and they had the old location. It was almost always a very pleasant experience....( deleted )
I hope other customers get a better experience because they really do have great birds and care for them very well.”

“Use the groomer Kelsey. She is so great with my collie girl. When she switch location from Emmaus to Whitehall, we followed her there. My baby won't go with anyone else, but Kelsey. I give her 10 stars.”

“Stopped by today to purchase some feed for my horses. I was asked several times if I needed assistance finding things which was awesome! Everyone was so helpful. I also want to mention, James! He checked me out at the register and made my day! Truly service with a smile. Offered me the TSC credit card and asked me if I wanted to use my rewards! James is awesome! I look forward to seeing him again!”
“So glad I took my puppy to Pet Supplies Plus. Genesis was the groomer and she is the best! Very personable, and she is very helpful and informative. I will always choose her for my puppies groomer. Kudos to her!”
“I have a nervous dog that requires a bit of special attention. These ladies understood the assignment and were able to accommodate our needs. I can't say enough how grateful I am to all 4 ladies working at VETCO that day.”

“This is a great store. The staff is very helpful. They have a very large selection of things like fishing, paint, grills, and work gloves. You will probably not need staff help to find things because they are very organized.”
