Everyone I spoke to so far at Load & Lock is knowledgeable about the units, the pricing, the move-in process & especially about the availability of the current rentals. I thank Morgan for all of her helpful information & a special shout out to Ron for his efforts to help me get into a LARGE storage unit I am sure to love!”

299 Schantz Rd, Allentown PA 18104
“So far, so good, I haven't moved anything into the unit yet My thanks to the manager I brought the wrong purse , do I didn't have my driver's license with me. The manger was kind enough to allow me to set up the paperwork for the unit anyway .She trusted me to send her a copy of my license when I returned home. This saved me a BIG PROBLEM. Otherwise I would have had to run home for my license and the office would have been closed by the time I got back. It was nice to deal with a human that trusted me to get the license to her.!!!! Sharon is a keeper!!! ,”

“We currently have a storage unit here and could not be happier! The facility is clean, quiet and very well maintained. Security seems to be very good as we have no complaints in that area! It can be very tough (I imagine) to find a balance between keeping everyone’s belongings secure while still prioritizing customer Privacy/anonymity!”
