“I am almost completely blind from a tick bite that infected me with Lyme Disease. The second the blind person crossing signs went up in front of my home, people began stealing my mail. They also began tampering with my credit cards. Wells Fargo has been behind me 100% of the way with a top notch fraud department tracking down the thieves. I highly recommend this bank! . The tellers are super polite also.”

“After my credit union of 25years did me dirty, I searched for a new financial institution. I selected Citizens on their free prime checking with one deposit monthly & no minimal balance. Going to their branch ATM's can be tricky as they charge fee for foreign ATM's which can be avoided by using debit with cash back at store checkout. The staff has always been friendly & helpful. There is never a line in the drive thru & if there is, it moves quickly. The Corporation regularly sends satisfaction surveys & value your input. I have been with Citizens for almost a year & the only issue I have experienced is their online system goes down frequently especially in the early morning hours between 12am to 7am.”
“The comment below by Jessica L. is false and her rating slanders this institution along with Susan Dudley.Susan was a great worker as she simply set up my father in law's (he's my father in law, not her's, yet) estate account, which only my husband, executor, was able to be on. Jessica L wrote a bad review because her boyfriend, the other son, was not allowed to be on the account since he was not named the executor. He left that bank like a 5 year old baby, and she wrote the review below out of spite.This quoted review from below is FALSE: "Susan Dudley is very arrogant with her attitude with dealing with my father in law’s account this bank has given my family nothing but problems even after banking with them for 15 years."”
“I came in unannounced and without an appointment to open a checking and savings account so that I could have local banking. The Bank officer Kelly took excellent care of me and managed to get me squeezed in to what looked like a busy day.
I was treated with kindness - professionalism and respect. I would have absolutely no hesitation to recommend this bank for local banking needs.
One plus - they have a change counting machine that is 0$ fee for customers - that is a great deal!”
