Everything was explained and necessary items were offered with no pressure. They also applied my Ford points for an extra discount. I did not have an appointment, but my Highlander had been serviced two weeks earlier and the check engine light came on along with the VSC light. I appreciated being seen right away and having the problem diagnosed. I was given good advice by Zach Miller. I am always satisfied with Fitzgerald's service department. Everyone there is polite and helpful. It's a great team. My husband and I always buy our Toyotas at Fitzgerald's, and we would not go anywhere else.”
“Excellent service; you can absolutely depend on this business! The service is thorough and the owner/employees are extremely honest with you and extremely knowledgeable. You never feel like you’re overpaying or getting stuff you don’t need. Every time I go here I get exactly what I am asking for without hassle and honest and reliable service. I have had them install new tires, alignment, oil change, brake pads, inspection etc.

“Well equipped place with friendly atmosphere. It is a great third option for car repairs, the other two options -- paying thousands a mechanic or suffering on cold pavement.

“I was pulling into a parking lot and my truck shifted to neutral on it's own , and when I tried to shift it back into drive or reverse , it stayed in neutral and told me that conditions wasn't right for what I was trying to do. The only gear the transmission would go into was park. So I turned the engine off , and restarted it and everything was fine to allow me to shift it into drive to continue on . I called Megan my Service Advisor at Jennings and she set me up with an appointment to get it checked and documented . I dropped off my truck in the morning and Megan called me shortly after my appointment time to let me know that there wasn't any codes in the computer , and no bulletins out on the problem occurring for somebody else , and she had spoken with the mechanics to find out if they had ever encountered the problem before , to no avail. But at least it's documented that the problem had occurred with my truck . I'm Very Happy with my Service Advisor , Megan.”
