“Online: I had a bad taste in my mouth before I even arrived. I wanted to announce my acceptance to Marywood before I got here. So I ordered and paid for a shirt online. I suppose their online orders don't get filled first thing in the AM. By the time my order was going to be filled someone had purchased the shirt I had already paid for. I appreciated the refund and notification of this I received. In person: Once I got here I had to make sure I got a shirt. I found that on location the store had a lot more options than online. The staff was nice to work with. Thank you for the new shirt!”

“Wow I was so thrilled to see a toy store at the viewmont Mall..It was great to take my grandchildren shopping in an actual store just for toys.. instead of a big-box store or on line..I wound up spending several hundred dollars on my grandchildren. The store manager John so nice and patient.He gave me some really great ideas for Valentines day and Easter gifts for my grandkids.I will definitely be visiting Ian and John for my gifts.”
“It's a VERY confusing place to find by google maps if you aren't familiar with the campus. Almost like they need a huge sign on DeNaples that says "CAMPUS BOOKSTORE INSIDE" because my first time on campus I was being sent to every building but the correct building by google maps.”
