“Had a small issue and it was immediately resolved by Michelle’s amazing customer service and willingness to take the extra step for the stores customers, seriously my saving grace today! She helped clarify miscommunications with what happened over the whole situation and was nothing besides courteous and extremely helpful. I also had a lot of support from Alyssa by making sure everything was ready for me for when I did arrive in the store which helped the process go quicker and gave me a lot of piece of mind seeing everything already there when I got there! “We had a mobile Spider-Man party at my house and it was truly wonderful! Ashley and her team did an amazing job and provided a fantastic experience for all of the kids (while allowing me the opportunity to actually talk with other parents and enjoy). The kids loved the craft and playing games with Spidey!”
