“Fantastic!! Today being tax day and one of the busiest post office days, the line was about to go out the door at this post office. When I entered, there was only one young woman behind the counter taking care of the entire line. She was ever so patient and polite and cheerful!!! About fifteen minutes later, another woman came and was able to clear some of the line by just stamping their envelopes with the date. I just want to say how thankful I am for the woman who waited on me and her service!!!”

“A playset we ordered was delayed, and we had to reschedule delivery for the following week. I called once I saw the shipment had made it to Scranton and spoke to literally the nicest rep ever. She got a hold of the manager who was able to get our order on the truck that morning and we had it in an hour! She made my son’s day! The delivery driver was awesome and brought it up our gravel driveway!”

“Very grateful they were able to help me just before closing. Patience was required. They can only print pre-purchased labels. They don't have the boxes a full ship center has. I was able to get a label online from fedex.com, but oddly it didn't provide a scannable QR code. The folks at the store were able to send a PDF of the label to their site from my phone via Google Drive, and make it work from there. It would be more fair to the staff if FedEx's site explained the limitations better.”

“This is a very impressive post office. It is so impressive that even I would be inspired to sit on the steps and paint Scranton from this vantage point on a sketch pad with a pencil. But what do I know? I’m just Tiffany. I’ve only gone to the Louvre Museum in Paris, France multiple times (most recently with my fiancé) and seen art students and scholars all over the city being inspired and living their best lives. Wait, was I supposed to write “charcoal” instead of pencil because everyone hates writing with the wooden sticks? Grow up.”
