“My visit to the Green Ridge was very unexpected, but I left nothing short of impressed.

We called at 9:30 AM in search of a well catered & short-sighted brunch reservation anywhere between Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, a very unreasonable ask. Be that as it may, to my surprise, the club were able to get us in for 10:30 AM!

While we might have struck luck, I am thoroughly impressed by the club’s willingness to accommodate our party with such short-sightedness. I am even more impressed by how much of a wonderful, carefree time we had!

We had a fabulous time at the Mother’s day brunch! The brunch was served buffet-style and was so tasty, clean, well presented and our hosts took great care of us.

Every serving plate was replenished almost immediately, and despite toddlers and children everywhere, not a crumb was out of place. Each dish from the kid’s food, to the fruit platters— were fresh, hot, rich, and thoughtfully planned and catered. Dishes were moving, drinks were flowing. We needed nor wanted for anything.

As if all of this weren’t impressive enough at $38/pp, upon exit, we each received a complimentary bouquet from a plentiful display of many, each a quaint variety of well picked florals.

Color me impressed, Green Ridge!! We had only wonderful things to say.”

“Our family hosted a funeral luncheon recently and the food was terrific,it was hot and plentiful.The recent renovations offered a comfortable and plesent enviorment, hopefully that will be extended to the restrooms in the future. It was a lovely affair that we were glad to share with our family and friends.We celebrated moms 80 th birthday and her farewell 92 nd birthday there. “The owner of Newave Studios , Rashida, is an amazing woman. She is very welcoming, dedicated, and professional. She helped me by choreographing a phenomenal dance for my wedding. I came to her only one month before the wedding with zero to none dancing experience nor any dancing skills, and she was willing to help even so. We met several times to practice even on weekends. We even practiced on the dance floor at the reception so that we can make sure the steps will fit in perfectly. She is a great teacher and even a better and wonderful friend.”

“I hosted my 50th Birthday party here last Saturday and it was amazing! I decided about 8 weeks before that I wanted have a party. Joshua called me back and had me come up and see the place and I booked immediately. It is absolutely stunning! He was very pleasant and could accommodate all my requests. He responded promptly to any follow up questions I had. On the day of my event his staff was wonderful. The room was set up exactly how I wanted it. All of my guests said how lovely the staff was especially the bartender. The food was great as well. I can't wait to host another event here.”

“I went for the flea market not the movies. For the most part it was a decent little flea market. It seems like what used to be $5 is now $10. Some people want to charge top dollar for their items forgetting it's a flea market and not online. While others were priced fair.”

“There for Jazzfest 25. Venue is being remodeled but once inside all is good. Nice bar area downstairs with wine beer and spirits available before the show. Good sound system”
