“After talking to the owner on the phone I went in to the store and Anna helped switch me from one service provider to another. The process was pretty quick and painless. This is a very nice locally owned business where the customer service counts. Anna was multitasking with me and other customers and even helped offer other repair shops to a customer who's phone was deemed to be beyond their repair capabilities.”

“The girl who helped up with our new phone upgrades was an absolute angel. She was so quick and knowledgeable. She listened to what I wanted and how much I was willing to spend and found me every single thing I wanted. I didn't feel pressured at all and it was genuinely a great experience. I believe her name was Alexandria? She was a true example of what custom service should be.”
