Each time we've needed services we've shopped against the big banks and CFS won every time. They even beat our current mortgage lender who has been marketing to us aggressively since interest rates dropped. I would recommend CFS whole-heartedly.”

I reached out via both the bank's toll-free number and online message system to get help with a bonus that I earned and was overdue. Both were COMPLETELY USELESS (no help from either for a month). Zero stars for this part...don't waste your time with either.
I visited the Seven Fields branch on a Monday and shared my frustration with branch manager Amanda Webster who immediately took action (same day), solved the problem (48 hours), got me the overdue bonus (72 hours) and then went above and beyond to make things right and make me feel valued as a customer. 10 stars for her...a model of what customer service once was, and should still be.
