“April 24, I had been without heat for two days when I went to Myer’s Heating Supplies to purchase a Honey Well thermostat. I was someone who as trying to manage an emergency with a minimum ability to cover the cost!I purchased a thermostat which was not a Honey Well, which I wanted, at a discount, that when I installed , it did not work; thus I returned it to Mr. Myer for my refund.Mr. Myers refunded my money at the some time asked was the unit faulty?Being only familiar with the device by simply adjusting it to control my heat temperature , and stopping and starting the unit, I could not respond to whether the unit was faulty or not, only that it did not work and I needed my refund.Having refunded my money Mr. Meyers directed to where Honey Well thermostats were being sold.I was able to purchase the Honey Well unit for which I sought; which also did not work?After confidently understanding that my heating problem, was not due to a bad thermostat, I got back to My Meyers and shared with him that it was not a problem with the thermostat and the unit I had purchased from him in, my view was not a “faulty” unit.Mr. Meyer, as from the start continued to be interested in helping me restore heat to my home.He contacted a Furnace Contractor and had contractor come to my home to assess my problem at Mr. Myer’s expense!It turned out that my heating problem was associated with “low gas” something that the People’s Gas "incredibly" handled for me immediately!The experienced Furnace Contractor was extremely reasonable with his rate which I was able to pay as well as also understanding my financial situation and as also very considerate!Mr. Myers is not only a business man, in my view he’s also a good Samaritan, which I will aways appreciate!”

But the employee named Lisa came right up to me and asked if was finding everything okay. I explained to her that I couldn't find the product the website said they had and showed it to her. She looked it up for me and went personally to find it and bring it to me. She was amazing and I will definitely be back thanks to her kindness and over the top assistance. She was awesome.”
