“Delightful experience. Had to ship out a variety of items to various places, including internationally, and the staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant to work with. All incredibly reasonable prices for shipping too. The decor from the local elementary school was also very cute.

“I am not sure who helped me today but he was very tall and made sure that I understood how to mail eBay packages. I wasn’t really paying attention because he was attractive and it made me nervous but I think they are all going to the right place and if not I still think 5 stars is appropriate. Also the facility is extremely cold. More places should be 64°F”

“I went in to try to track a package that is coming from China (trusted site I've used multiple times) and the man working couldn't locate the package as it is coming from a different carrier then through USPS. However, he told me to come back in a week, if the package didn't arrive, and he would try to see what was going on with the shipping time. He was extremely nice and willing to help me and answer my questions.”
“I visit this location several times a week. Tauren is awesome! The older guy too. I came into contact with a lady supervisor/manager once; she was terrible…grouchy full of attitude…but I haven’t seen her in a long time. But 99% of the time I have a pleasant experience. They’re very rigid/consistent with their pickup times which is great because I know what I’m gonna get. If the Dropbox in the lobby is jammed, it’s just full. You can drop off inside to the far right or you can try to ring the bell. Just let them know it’s jammed. Last Dropbox pickup is 5:30 M-F and 3:30 Saturdays. So if you get there at 5:45 go inside or else it won’t get picked up until the next day.”
“They do terrific customer service at this post office I'm a stamp collector and I want my postcards and letters to be hand canceled and they've done that graciously I really appreciate that very much I'm headed over there today and I'm hoping that they have the new Standing Bear I need a sheet of the Standing Bear stamps”

“These folks ROCK. My mail is (almost) NEVER delivered wrong. Hey, when I applied for a passport… they HELPED MAKE IT SIMPLE. I have nothing but positive things to say about the governmental employees for this location. Much #Respect”
“If you come for your passport, yes, you are supposed to walk in through that nondescript blue door around the far left corner! I wish that the door were labeled, but the staff is all warm and accommodating and will help you find where you need to go.”
“I’m assuming based of previous complaints that the lady who works here now has changed since she’s always very polite and helpful. Yeah they or she takes a hour for lunch I assume but why is this a issue? Is she supposed to stuff her face while waiting on customers? It’s the law that she takes at least a 30 min lunch anyways so give her a break. Imagine if it was you working there by yourself. It’s a small post office and NO MAIL GOES OUTTA THERE if you’re wondering. That’s the office on Thorn Run Rd I think for Coraopolis.”

“Just so people realize there are 2 USPS warehouses in Warrendale so you may have the wrong one or may see it pass between the 2. Unless its damaged or has some other issue it passes through within 12hrs. The only exception is Sundays and holidays if there is not an issue with the package. If the address is only hand written the machines may not read ur address and route it incorrectly. Also if the package cant be or doesn't get scanned right it may look like its sitting but it may already be out of the warehouse.”
