They take their time & treat the problem instead of charging you for things they know won’t fix the problem…. as I have experienced with other vets in the past. My dog’s ear’s have never been better. “Everyone with minimal intelligence knows that Dr. Bolind does not do emergencies! When Dr. Anne is not in the hospital the staff cannot start treatment on an animal without supervision.People who do not have a file with the Hospital just can't walk in for service or emergencies. They are not staffed for that. Use your common sense.The staff is very competent and compassionate. Been a client for over 30 years. The best!”
“Staff were wonderful, but I waited almost 5 hours before I was told they needed to keep my dog overnight and how sick he really was. When he was released, I was told to bring him back next Wednesday for x-ray and blood work. I was told to call the day after discharge and let the doctor know how he was doing. I called from 3 different phones and it kept saying the number was disconnected. I finally found an email and then someone called me back. I was disappointed that when the doctor saw I didn't call, he would have checked in with me.When my dog was there, he was cared for wonderfully.”

“Took my mini poodle here to be spayed. Very easy process from start to finish. Had to leave a voicemail request to schedule her spay, but I was called back within a couple weeks. It does take a bit to hear back, especially for dogs, because they only do a few appointments a week - Please be patient, it's worth it! The staff put me at ease with her spay. They told me weeks in advance what the check in/ pickup process was, and the fees were extremely reasonable compared to the vet. When I picked her up she had a cone on and some medicine to take home. Nurses gave me post-surgery guidelines to follow. Within a week, my little sweetie was back to normal!!”
“i completely misread the appointment information and came in two weeks early. i offered to come back, but staff were very accommodating and got me an appointment within the hour! they were very nice to my dog and informed me about the purpose of every vaccine, and answered my health questions. my wallet is a bit sadder, i will admit, but that’s what normally happens owning pets.”

“I love Robinson Animal Hospital. I have been coming here for at least 8 years. Dr. Keffer is my go-to for all my pocket pets; rats, and now chinchillas.
The staff are friendly and kind. They sent me a sympathy card when a rat I brought in passed away the next day (he was sick they did nothing wrong).
They take CareCredit, which is helpful to break down payments into smaller increments. Pics of the pets for Google tax.”
“If I could give her more than 5 stars as a review I would. Our dog had to have an unexpected emergency surgery and Dr. Ahuja and her staff jumped into action and saved our dog without question. If not for Dr. Ahuja, I don't think our girl would be with us today. The quote for her surgery at the emergency was close to 10k and knowing that was an impossible expense, she rearranged her personal schedule and got us in at Tender Touch. She was finishing up a 24 hour shift and was supposed to be at home resting, but chose to help. People like that are truly incredible and irreplaceable. The staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and caring throughout the whole process. They were completely upfront on the costs with us from the start. I could genuinely tell how much they all cared for our dog and for us as well. I 100% recommend Tender Touch.”

“Our dog got his ear cut pretty bad and my regular vet couldn't get him in. I called and Dr. Schuerger got us in. He was to the point about everything telling us about what would need to happen. The office staff was wonderful and sweet the entire process. When we picked him up, Dr Schuerger explained in detail what he had to do and explained the aftercare in great detail. He did ask my education level, but ONLY so he could explain things to me the correct way. I'm not in the medical field, so I appreciated he took the time to fully explain things without making the process more confusing. I appreciate how sweetly and quickly they cared for my dog and highly recommend them for care.”

“Dr skiba, Savannah and Tara made it such a great experience recently for us to take our pup to. Tara greeted us right away and got us into a room quickly. Savannah came in and asked if we had any pre questions, for the doctor and she loved Loki immediately. Then when the doctor joined They asked what we preferred being in the room for vaccines or taking him back and doing it themselves. They listened to our questions and concerns that we had with Loki and all around was a great experience!”
“After having an unsuccessful visit at a local pet ER, Banfield was able to fit my 17 year old dog in last minute. She was taken care of immediately and given the life saving medication she desperately needed. I truly think she would have passed away if Banfield Robinson hadn’t agreed to see her so quickly. Extra shout out to Susie at the front desk who worked with me each step of the way, and Dr. Cedar who assessed and treated her immediately.”
