“I purchased my dryer from Dominic’s about two years ago and have been very happy with it. When I recently had an issue, PJ helped me over the phone and was fantastic. He took the time to really listen and understand what was going on instead of immediately scheduling a repair. He offered helpful tips, and I was able to get the right repair done since the issue was not with the dryer itself. I truly appreciated his honest, thoughtful approach and excellent customer service.”
“The washer I brought was a good price. The two problems I had was when I purchased the washer she give my the wrong width of the washer so it made the process longer to ready the delivery due to inaccurate information. Also I never received the call in the morning of my delivery with my two hours window for my delivery which was stated at the time of purchased.”

I bought a faucet from Fergus Front Street a few months ago, and not only did the price beat the big box stores, but I walked in and out in less than 5 minutes! A few months later, I realized I lost the invoice which I needed, and a 30 second phone call to the sales desk at Ferguson got me an emailed invoice to my mailbox. Any time I need plumbing supplies, it will be from this place.”

“I made an appointment at Best Buy to check on the camera I purchased back in November. I have been having small issues, but because I purchased protection services, I thought I would bring it in. I was greeted by Meron, who was friendly and made sure I was all checked in and that someone who understands cameras came to meet with me. Unfortunately, I had to send my camera away to be fixed, but I was not ready for that, so Meron gave me his card to reach out when I would be able to continue with the service. Everyone was friendly and tried to make sure all my needs were met during my time there.”

“I wanted something to protect cabinet doors from being dented by hitting the corners of the range hood. I bought a sheet of 75 small bumpers directly from Bumper Specialties. They were shipped quickly, inexpensive, and work perfectly. Easy to apply to the edges of the range hood, and unobtrusive. Yes, I needed only two, but now I have 73 spares if these wear out!”
“I found everything I needed and they're very good products but the price has got out of hand everyone's using covid-19 it's Creed corporate greed mismanagement of the stores you can walk the stores see the products that are damaged just by Fork trucks moving stuff around if there were more careful they can increase their profit by diamond ring less and bring the prices down plus the Isles are very very cluttered very bad for business and liability issues in my opinion but I don't mind it just store or stores or I can guarantee you they would be clean all the time and not cluttered we're causing a safety issue”

I was at Best Buy on Columbus in Philadelphia on 8/13/26. Tommy helped me buy a MacBook Pro and trade in my old one. He was very knowledgeable and helped me get what I needed while also informing me of all sales and add on options. The store was very busy and they were understaffed that day and Tommy stayed after his shift in order to finish helping me and other customers. Tommy was great!”
“For the most part the employees are ready to answer any questions you might have and even show you exactly where the item is. The worst part is the inconsiderate customers who are too lazy to put the carts where they belong. They roll people, into cars.”
“Migali is a commercial refrigeration and cooking manufacturer and has been supplying Economy for over 60 years! Over the years we have found that Economy's staff is very knowledgeable about almost any commercial kitchen product you could want...furthermore, they stand by the brands they offer by providing sound advice and exceptional after market service. If you want a polite, pencil pushing salesperson who has limited, superficial knowledge about kitchen products and features, then maybe Economy isn't right for you. But if you want a professional company and knowledgable staff that stand by their products and customers, then Economy is the best choice around!”

“I had an excellent customer service experience at this Home Depot during the pandemic. I only wish I'd taken down the names of the associates who made it that way. Although their online order system was down when I arrived, and the line was wrapped around the building, when I asked one of the staff members outside the store about my curbside pickup order he personally ensured that I was able to get it right then and there. With the help of two other staff members, this young man tracked down my item and within 15 minutes I walked out the door, despite the long line and their online system not functioning. 5 star customer service during a time when employees were under high stress made it all the more a standout experience.”

“On of the worth homedepots in the area. Staff is no help. Only one guy name Jonas, works in tool rental. He is real help. I rented core drill from another store. That was missing part for water connection. After walking and talking with few employees (one employee sent me to lumber), Jonas identified part that was missing and gave it to me as an example, so I can show to another department employee what I need, on my journey to find that piece, Jonas came over from tool department, took me to garden department and found me what I needed. Jonas is the best!!!!!! I'm not bashing on every employee, but didn't have a good experience last night.”
