“I take a very expensive medication and when I switched insurances, Adzema could no longer afford to cover it. However, Jay told me he did not want to stiff me on the last month so he gave me the medicine even though the pharmacy lost money. It gave me time to find a new pharmacy before I was due again next month. Thank you Jay & Adzema. Would definitely recommend this pharmacy you don’t see that kind of generosity most places.”

“I was diagnosed with something that required me to start my medication same day. I went to my normal pharmacy, only to be told they no longer, after 7 years, accept my insurance. Told me all of my medications would be $200 after Good RX discounts. I left, called Medicine Shoppe to see if they accepted my insurance, half an hour before they closed, and they did. I called the provider, had them switch my medications to them. I fully expected to have to pick up next day. In 15 minutes, this pharmacy had my prescriptions filled, and ready for pickup. They went above and beyond half an hour before closing time to ensure my health was taken care of. They have earned themselves a customer after all of this. Every pharmacist I have spoken to (I called them once before to see if they would have a medication my husband needed) has been so helpful, explanatory, and kind. It’s not often that you find this level of customer service.”

“The absolutely worst mailorder pharmacy. Many times they do not have the medicine and expect the patient to go out and buy it or go without. Their delivery is a nightmare. I had meds written for pneumonia symtoms and a week later it is still not here. A pharmacy tech I deal with is nice and the only redeeming aspect of CCN for me. I recently left a hospital after i was attacked downtown ********** which resulted in 4 brain surgeries and an ankle rebuilt with metal. CCN was difficult to deal with and messed up many new prescriptions and refills. Today I have to go to an ****** care to take care of meds CCN never got to me, I have been a pharmacist for 30 years and any pharmacy I was in charge of would never have allowed the many mistakes of CCN to happen. I cannot believe they allow a delivery person to decide if he will or will not leave much needed meds. Totally incompetent system. ”

The pharmacists (Brittany and her colleague - I forgot her name, I think it starts with the letter K?) are experts and informative. They are both so helpful and provide great customer service. Today, I got my Covid Vaccine (they have Moderna!) and pharmacist Brittany made it painless! Her technique was legit?. Thanks for promoting vaccines and believing in science!”

“This is the best kept Carrick secret. If you're with Spartan or any other big guys, you need to switch to this little pharmacy asap. You will be amazed what a truly personal and caring pharmacy service can (and should) be. I didn't know until I switched from Spartan and can only regret I haven't done it sooner. A+ on all points - prices, autorefills, delivery. And communication, that's a big one - when you call or text, you get a real person to talk to, not some AI assistant (Spartan, I'm talking to you). And of course Sam the pharmacist - thank you, Sam, for taking such good care of my little family, I appreciate it more than I can say!”
