“This is the most pleasant pharmacy you could ask for. There were some growing pains with the Rite Aid acquisition but despite that, every time I go I barely get any lines. As for the phones, you might be on hold for 10 minutes or so, but that doesn't compare to the 2 and a half hours that you would be on hold at the Waterworks Giant Eagle pharmacy. The staff here are always so pleasant, despite being overworked and having to deal with frustrated and entitled costumers sometimes. Thank you for getting me my medications in a timely manner!”

“If you grew up in the 50s or 60s you'll appreciate this little blast from the past. Adzema Pharmacy has a diner section where they serve good, simple food. Portion size is just right and coffee is good. The two waitresses are so kind and helpful. They are like sunshine in human form. According to a recent Post-Gazette piece, this place is the last pharmacy/lunch counter in the Pittsburgh area. Stop by to see how things used to be and pick up a few household items from the other side of the store. We did.”
“I don't know how I found this pharmacy years back but I'm glad I did, the friendliest, professional nicest staff ever! My meds are always on time they call with any updates and when it's ready, they answer any questions or concerns, when I first walked in I felt like I was a little girl in the 60s the nostalgia was so comforting. I even forget to pick my meds up one day and they were ready to close and let me come and get them, no questions asked, they were more concerned about getting me my meds than closing at that moment. I don't care where they move, I'm there!!!”
“This past Saturday early evening …actually right around dinner time….I experienced a medical situation that was very scary to me. “My good recommendations are as few and far between as Ron Swanson. I have been going here for about a year now. This pharmacy is the best pharmacy I have ever used. Their MyPerks Rewards program is genuinely the best: you get points for everything you buy to go towards cheaper gas/groceries, there's dozens of sales going on at all times PLUS personalized coupons for some of the items you buy frequently, & overall it feels like you're getting WAY more value than you would at every other grocery store. “I'll never ever forget the first time that my closest friend brought me into Priority Healthcare to begin my road to recovery. I had never in my life known fear, though to say that I was afraid as I entered PH's office would be a gross understatement. For too many reasons to get into here, I will just say that I was actually praying in my head as I sat in the room waiting for the physician to enter.
Long story short, I expected a long painful road ahead, however, from our first encounter that day, Marianne was incredibly kind, non-judgmental and amazingly supportive, ALWAYS being there if/when I needed someone to talk to and the road back was most likely far less painful than I probably deserved. Yes, Marianne is an exceptional nurse, with the Priority Healthcare docs being superb, though Marianne is an Angel, and I thank God every night that my Best Bud, may he RIP, brought me through PH's doors and her into my life over a decade ago.

However, we have noticed in the past year +/-, that there has been some difficulty filling prescriptions, either on time, or out-of-stock, or whatever (overwhelmed by Rite-Aid closings?). Auto-refills are not happening in a timely fashion based upon prescription refill dates.”
