“My brother just bought an Acura TLX here a week ago and the sales experience (which included a nice waiting room and an espresso machine ?) was amazing! We first went to look at the vehicle about 20 minutes before closing time, but Randy was very accommodating and let us test drive it. Then he stayed past closing time to discuss buying it even though we didn't decide on anything that night! He was very pleasant and didn't pressure us at all the whole time. When we went back in Saturday the actual buying process went very smoothly and Randy's professional help was greatly appreciated!

I wish I could give them higher than 5 stars. I came to Masano from another Ford dealership for a second opinion. I explained the issues I was having and they told me that it was my battery. Exactly as I thought and the other dealership (who installed the year old battery) denied was the problem (even though there was acid on the top of it - they claimed it was condensation). The old dealership gave me the run around on my receipt from the purchase. Rhett, from Masano, was amazing. He worked with me to get the replacement battery under warranty without the receipt. They did finally send me the receipt but it was about an hour after Rhett got me that new battery, of no charge to me. The other dealership gave me the run around on my brakes too (back in March) and were going to charge me $800 for just my back brakes. Thank goodness I declined because I got my front and backs done at Masano for $900. Plus, a free inspection! I am speechless on their quality/quickness of work completed, professionalism, pricing, and kindness. Great job Masano team, you have one happy and new customer!”

“First of all, I’m mechanically inclined and work in a heavily mechanical industry. I was having an ongoing and recurring brake issue that I couldn’t figure out on my truck. They were recommended by a neighbor.
I dropped it off the night before, told them no rush, they could have it for 3-5days if needed. I stopped in on my way home from work the next day to check on it.
It was done ! A part and some fluid they had in stock. I had hours already invested in attempting repair. They easily could have “padded” the bill. My total was $110 !
