He's the reason I came back to uhaul from penske. I recently rented a 15' truck, it was ready to go when I wanted, and returning was quick.”

“I have not had a problem with any services provided by the crew, cleanings were done efficiently and all oil changes were prompt. My only condition is they keep turning my AC on when it's not needed in the colder months. I understand doing a full check of systems but at least turn it off when you are done.”

“Lowest price for oil and the fastest service. They deliver 150 gallons earlier today. I saw the delivery driver next door and thought they got the wrong house. I overreacted and made a fool of myself when yelling at the associate over the phone. They had 2 deliveries, 1 for my neighbor and then myself. I called an apologize and again I'm sorry for overreacting. Got my oil in less then 24 hrs. Thanks again and God Bless.”

“I had to request fuel for my father's home in Fleetwood to protect the home and pipes from freezing. After finding this company in one of my father's files. One of Eastern Propane's associates, Jennifer, assisted me in receiving the necessary legal documents so I could get my fuel delivery and protect the home for sale of the property. Not only was she excellent in communicating what she needed for legal protocol and delivery, she was also able to arrange delivery of the fuel on the same day! Within a few hours, I received my bill, then had the pleasure of speaking with Denise who assisted me with my payment to complete the transaction. Both were friendly and professional and I would recommend this company to anyone in the future as well.”

“Helped me out tremendously when I got into a little fender bender when someone cut me off and smashed a mirror slightly and also made me late for drop off, Chris the manager was the most helpful in getting me taken care of and I wasn't even sure at first it just took some time and being patient and he did take care of it, screw all the other bad reviews , as long as you talk to Chris the manager he'll sort things out, don't consult the regular employees about any problems you have is what I'm saying.
