“The technician was amazing. The only thing I didn't like was how even when I told them my 10 month old grandson lives there on the day I needed the delivery, they wouldn't send anyone out right away! Overall, I would recommend them hands down!”
“I get an oil change once a month at Scott’s as I do a lot of driving for work. They’re fast, reliable and his pricing is just right for any budget. The reason I am leaving this review after being a customer for almost 2 years is there was an issue that happened during my oil change, the manager noticed on camera my car was leaking oil after they finished the oil change. Unfortunately I live in Philadelphia and was about 10 minutes from my home. Without hesitation the owner and Gm jumped in their car fought through Phillies playoff traffic to rectify the minor mistake. They were pleasant and happy to fix the mistake where I may have been irritated have 3 hours of driving added to my day but no they smiled and thanked me for being a loyal customer.
I plan on buying a monthly membership at my next service.
