“BN Imports fixed my complex Dynamic Response System in my Range Rover L405. Not in weeks, but less then 3 days. Promptly got me an appointment scheduled same week, parts the next day, and the car was back on the road by Friday. A great experience. Thank you Adin and the other tech who I am forgetting their name. Appreciate a shop who will work on more complex systems.”

“We had an amazing experience at Masano Auto Park! The dealership itself is unlike any other dealership we’ve been to. It’s beautiful, spacious, and even has two floors for you to explore while you’re waiting, which made the whole experience feel much more relaxed and enjoyable. Chris Gonzalez worked with us, and he was absolutely wonderful!Unlike other dealerships where you feel followed around or pressured into making a purchase, Chris gave us the space and time we needed to make the right decision for us. He was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right vehicle. We absolutely LOVE our new car and couldn’t be happier with our experience from start to finish. The entire process was easy, comfortable. It’s clear that Masano Auto Park truly values their customers. If you’re looking for a new vehicle, I highly recommend checking out Masano Auto Park and asking for Chris Gonzalez. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you, Chris, and the Masano team, for making our car-buying experience such a great one! ❤🚗”

“Some of the easiest, most down to earth car shopping you could want! They do have two lots, one in shillington and one on 5th street highway. Same great service at both! Gary is the kindest owner I have ever dealt with! He genuinely wants to make sure you get a good car at an even better price. I went to him with what I am looking for in a car and he found me one that went above what I wanted, for less then I anticipated spending. Win win! I love my car, he went out of his way to get me what I wanted/needed and I can not thank him enough. Very easy, and smooth process. Even with a small hiccup from the bank, which he was was professional and easy going about. I would totally check out the cars on his lot in the future and will be sending people his way. Check out the lots, and maybe even chat with him personally to see how he can help get you into a great car! He made sure my car was in good shape, mateninced and detailed before I drove her off the lot. One week later I noticed a small issue, nothing crazy. He got my car in same day to be looked at and the minor cosmetic issue was fixed at no charge to me. Truly good people, in a world full of scam artists!”

“I recently bought a 2023 Ram 1500 from Senda Auto Sales Inc. From beginning to end, Tyler was an incredible salesman to work with. He took the time to listen and put together a great offer on a used truck with a 5 year warranty. Very pleased with the experience. The only thing that could use some improvement is the detailing of the truck. All-in-all great experience.”

“After purchasing my Honda Odyssey, I was having difficulty with the driver side door staying open. I contacted Omar and he had me bring the vehicle in and had his Tech look at it. I explained how at my age and the trouble I’m having with my legs, the last thing I needed was to have the door come closed on me. Within a week they had the part, and made the repair. Upon contacting me to let me know it was ready, I was unable to go pick it up. They went above and beyond, and had it returned to my home in Temple. The Two young men who brought it back to me, were so kind and polite. I truly was impressed. A great experience from sale to service. Lori Davis”

“Fast service, doesn't try to charge you for things you don't need. I got my car inspected, he was honest and told me next year it will not pass for breaks and tires. He recommended to separate the replacement in stages to not be such a large cost.”

“I drove an hour and a half to look at a vehicle on their lot and was very happy with the condition of the vehicle. It was actually better then described. Jami went above and beyond to ensure that I had a good experience at their dealership. She was very professional and highly accommodating. I would highly recommend KB Motors to anyone looking for a clean used car. Thanks for everything.....”

“I’ve purchased many vehicles over the past 15 years, and this was by far the most pleasant experience I’ve had. Dave and Andrew were fantastic to work with. Dave was quick to respond to my questions before we even stopped in, and once there, the atmosphere was refreshingly low pressure. We had plenty of time to thoroughly look over the car, ask questions, and take a test drive without ever feeling rushed. Both Dave and Andrew were incredibly personable and easy to work with. Since we already had financing lined up, the entire process was smooth and efficient—we were in and out in about two hours. Highly recommend!”

“Pedro listened to what we wanted and what we needed. He didn’t want to force us into something we weren’t going to be happy with. We really needed a family vehicle but they required more money down. He found the best solution for us to meet and compromise in the middle to afford down payment around what we had and still get into the vehicle we had in mind. They run promotions all the time and we happened to go perfect time for the “back to school” one. What’s nice is this is income based and not about credit. Has a higher approval rating and they try to get everyone into something if they at least meet the income criteria.”
