“I am literally the Grinch of car buying. I loathe every part of it—from the endless online searching to stepping onto a car lot, to test driving and all the stress in between. I can honestly say I have never had a positive car-buying experience… until now.
Matt (Matty) McDonald at Tom Masano’s Auto Park completely changed that for me. From the moment we arrived, the entire place felt welcoming, comfortable, and surprisingly fun to be in. Matt was incredibly kind, patient, and respectful, and he never once applied pressure or used any of those typical car-sales tactics. Instead, he listened, answered questions honestly, and made the whole process feel calm and manageable.
Even during the worst part of buying a car—the finance side—Wally was outstanding. He was patient, transparent, and genuinely respectful, which made a usually stressful step feel straightforward and human.

One week later I noticed a small issue, nothing crazy. He got my car in same day to be looked at and the minor cosmetic issue was fixed at no charge to me.

The price was a little over the book value but the super clean condition of the vehicle made us paid for it. The lady Melanie wa very helpful with the transaction. I been in the auto industry all my life and after going to about 10 other places. We made the purchase at Senda Auto. I wouldn't recommend no used car lot to nobody since used vehicles are very dangerous to purchase if you don't know nothing about the market and mechanical but they got a great selection of used vehicles on their lot right on North 6th st Reading PA. Just make sure to check your vehicle and your documents before anything and like I said if I ever need to buy again definitely I will stop by Senda Auto again.”
