“I love this place! We don't have anything close to this in Southeast Texas and I wish we did. Bulk foods, housewares, a deli in the back, a miscellaneous section hidden at the back left of the store. Service is always wonderful too. Ambiance is fine. It's a small grocer but it has a little bit of everything squished inside. A very simple store but so much fun to explore.”

“Great little store for staples, snacks, and grill items. Baked goods are delicious. Just be sure to read the labels on items. I was disappointed when I bought the Dutch syrup only to get home to see it was just corn syrup....I guess that is on me.”

“Sometime last week, (I wish I could remember the exact date) I was shopping at the Dollar General on Orrstown Rd. in Shippensburg. I always have extremely positive experiences from over 90 percent of the time. Well last week I was shopping and this middle aged man was at the counter belittling the cashier because she could not find the exact cigarettes he was looking for. It was absolutely horrible. I know she is a newer associate and can't remember her name but she handled the situation like a total pro. I don't think I could have handled it that well. She defused the situation. Great Job. Thanks for being a clean store with friendly staff. I always feel comfortable when I am there. Thank you.”

“WEIS is the best place to get your groceries and most of the time they have the best prices. This place also has a good pharmacy with friendly staff. They also have hooked up with Sheetz to give gas points to get cheaper gas as you earn points at the store.”

“The store is clean and orderly. One issue is when I tried to use my points towards my grocery bill, I was told I had to download the Giant app. The app wouldn't connect to my card. The information desk told me the app doesn't work, and you can only use the points for gas.”
