“Got tired driving across state lines decided to take a break. I've stayed at other Tru by Hilton and always had a pleasant experience. The rooms are clean as well as, continous & friendly staff. I recommend this chain.”
“We stayed two nights here. Claudia was fantastic and checked us in a little early since they had a clean room available. Breakfast was your normal Hampton Inn breakfast. This hotel has a larger lobby area. Elevators were quick. They had pull through parking which we loved. They also have a Bob Evans next door we could walk to and a Cracker Barrel across the street. They also had the world’s smallest piece of soap. If you drop it while in the shower, i believe it could fit down the drain. No evening cookies at this location. Sad face for that.”
“Very clean and courteous, complimentary breakfast could be better as far as hot foods go, but you stay at a motel not for the breakfast but for the room and bed. Bedding, bed, room and cleanliness where top notch.”
“Customer service was a 10 out of 10. From phone conversations, check in, breakfast, to check out. The room was very clean and the pet fee was acceptable. Parking was a little crowded due to some trailers, but I would definately recommend this place!”

“We had a great stay here. Very clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. The beds are so comfortable and the bedding and pillows are soft and comfy. We had a great night sleep here. The breakfast in the morning was hot and fresh and delicious. I highly recommend you stay here. Also, it is right off the interstate so it is perfect when traveling. We did not hear any traffic noise.”
“We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly from the moment we arrived. The managers, Shyannah and Shayna, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and made us feel truly welcomed. Their exceptional customer service made our experience even better. “Pool was closed (wasn't clear on why) restaurant was closed and there wasn't any breakfast however. Was really affordable nice staff the desk guy will have a good laugh with you and its econolodge not motel 6”
“Staff very professional and kind. Room was clean. The heat in the room worked well. Refrigerator and microwave were unplugged. Microwave door looks like it was loose. we never plugged anything in to see if it did work.”
“This is a gem. Yes it's a bit older and yes it needs to updating. BUT it's very clean, quiet, and friendly staff. Everything worked perfect in my room in fact it was almost too cold with the air conditioning!!”

“Great value, easy off I81. Freshly redone in 2025 according to the staff. Clean modern rooms. HVAC controls worked great lots of adjustment options. Our room was nice no issues. Bright lobby, large breakfast room .”
