“The people who work there are so helpful and kind and it’s more cost effective than other similar stores in our area. I’ll only go to this shop from now on!”

“We had an item to return. Unfortunately the packaging was a mess and we could not take the item apart to fit properly due to a stripped screw. The UPS store staff were super helpful and made sure that the return was handled correctly. We appreciate their help!”

“For the launch of our new fast casual restaurant, we started working with Mail Shark for direct mailing in our neighborhood. The Mail Shark team is very attentive and responsive to all our needs and questions. The process is very practical and transparent. They have quite many solution offerings. The payment plan is creative and helps to afford the high burden of reaching out to so many potential customers. I would highly recommend to consider them as your advertising partner.”

“This location went out of their way to help me. I am located in TX and was in a difficult situation and they picked up the boxes from the recipient that was unable to go to a UPS store. They even printed out the labels for me. They got them shipped out and to me without any problems. Thank you so much for caring.”

“Had my watercolor painting turned into a poster. Details were excellent, print colors were on point. Nor a bad price either.I will be using staples for my prints from now on. One issue is that I asked for 20×16 and got 24×18. Wasn't a problem. I was still able to sell it.”

“A tale of two different days: The first day, it seemed as if the crude customer with his hat backwards had researched me and planned to harass me in innuendo while speaking to the clerks, and had prearranged his speech to be a double-whammy after the girl clerk used her conversation with the guy clerk to lecture me about the difficulties of pregnancy. The second day had completely different, super-friendly staff. The older, more experienced lady made me feel at home after she saw that I was printing out a Premise Alert form and she mentioned snacks. So I ended up very happy with a bottle of water in addition to the nice low price and user-friendly way of printing at FedEx (as opposed to Staples). Hence, five stars for the rebound improvement.”
