“Best post office in the area by far.
It's not close. Two other area post offices insisted something would be $9 dollars to mail. Each one gave a a different reason for the cost. Each one said the other one was wrong.
Pulled in here, she said I'm a rule sticker but let's see if it fits in the slot. It did.

“A tale of two different days:
The first day, it seemed as if the crude customer with his hat backwards had researched me and planned to harass me in innuendo while speaking to the clerks, and had prearranged his speech to be a double-whammy after the girl clerk used her conversation with the guy clerk to lecture me about the difficulties of pregnancy.
The second day had completely different, super-friendly staff. The older, more experienced lady made me feel at home after she saw that I was printing out a Premise Alert form and she mentioned snacks. So I ended up very happy with a bottle of water in addition to the nice low price and user-friendly way of printing at FedEx (as opposed to Staples).
Hence, five stars for the rebound improvement.”

They deliver in a timely manner and are prompt to assist if you have any questions about your box. Here and In DR they always answer the call and provide updates if needed.”

The young lady at the store was very knowledgeable,polite and friendly.

“Easy to drop and pick the FedEx delivery. For drop, the package has to be sealed and posted with the FedEx lable as they don't do that. They are only handling the drop and pickup service. To lable the package, we should reach the actual FedEx office only.This is inside the Walgreens store and they don't have separate counter for FedEx. People come here to buy the medicine and every body should stand in a line irrespective of the service they get. They should've separate line for FedEx & Western Union money transfer.The entrance and exit doors are automatic. The counter the left side once we entered which is easy to find.They've plenty of parking which is free. Wheelchair parking is available.”

They take the time to answer questions and assist you without making you feel rushed or like you’re bothering them. I have relied on the post office for years, and the staff there has truly lived up to the tradition of the US Postal Service (and Department of the Post Office prior to 1971). I can't tell you the number of times that that counter staff was patient, helpful, and reassuring. Staff has changed, and yet, this high standard has continued to this day. Delivering a service to the rest of the People in such a dedicated way, and with a human touch. Please keep at it.”

“I stopped in this post office the week of Christmas to see if I could gather any information about my package that had supposedly traveled through this location the day prior. Heather helped me at the counter, and she was very kind in checking their system and giving me more information about my package’s travels and whereabouts. She also gave me a very clear explanation of why it got rerouted, instead of being delivered.
I also received a phone call from her the following day to let me know that my package should be arriving at my local post office a couple towns over, on Christmas Eve. That follow-up phone call was very much appreciated. This package was very special to me, and the item inside was not replaceable.
I was very thankful to receive such kind and helpful service in this post office. The USPS should be thankful to have an employee like Heather behind their counter.”
“Disregard the bad reviews, Bill is a funny guy and I’ve had nothing but great experiences with him! There are times where I’ve made mistakes with my mail but he was there to help and guide me through the process and shipping my packages has never been easier. People really need to lighten up and take jokes. The job is probably tough.”

“I never have any issues with my mail delivery, but before Christmas I had a package for my grandson take a rather unexpected route. It was supposed to be delivered on December 15th. I wasn’t sure if I was ever going to receive it, and I was bummed because it was an item that took me countless hours to find and it was not replaceable. On the night of December 22, I sent a message through the usps website inquiring about it. The following morning I received a voicemail from John at this post office. (I hope I spelled it right, as this name was taken from my voicemail text) He informed me that my package should arrive at this location the next day (Christmas Eve), and if it does, he would let me know. Christmas Eve morning I received an email with an apology for the issue from Khadidrah at this location. She said that my package arrived at the facility that morning and would be delivered that same day. I am pleased to say that my package was delivered safely to my home on Christmas Eve, just as stated. I was very impressed by the customer service that I received by the USPS this busy holiday season, and it was appreciated that they just received it that morning, and managed to get it delivered the same day. This routing error was of no fault to this particular location, as it occurred in another area of the US. I want to say a big thank you to all who helped locate and get this package to me on Christmas Eve.”
“Our mail carrier, Sandra, is beyond phenomenal. She has delivered all of my packages quickly & safely & always makes sure they are delivered timely. Furthermore, Sandra is professional & friendly, something that is valued in the neighborhood. Seeing her is a delight & knowing someone is constantly working to serve & properly ensure our mailed is being delivered gives me peace of mind. The day she retires will be a sad day, and I would almost want to move out of the neighborhood because she will be a tough act to follow.”
