“I shipped 2 packages out on Saturday, 3/16/2024. The sinking spring location is a little further than the Douglassville UPS Store but I love going to Sinking Spring location specifically! The two gentlemen Ryan and Jake that I always seem to see when I go in are Great! Alwayssssss super helpful, patient and quick! They always great you with a big smile and kind words when I walk in and kind good bye too! I will continue to use this location for my shipping needs and it’s great they have a print service there as well! I am sure they will do a print or more soon enough for me. “I recently purchased a new laptop at Staples#123 in Wyomissing, PA. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and set up was a breeze. He provided the right USB mini-dock as well so I could hook up external monitors at home. I was not pressured to make a larger purchase or buy an extended warranty, but it was explained so I could if I wanted to. I would recommend this store for your home or business computer needs.”

“This UPS store shares a building with a pharmacy. Lots of solutions for office needs, shipping, receiving, mailbox solutions, and more.The staff is very friendly, multilingual, and helpful.Parking, entrance, and exit are the biggest issues that people will probably have here. They do need a larger parking lot, eventually.When exiting, to make a left turn can be quite problematic due to oncoming traffic.”

I have always thought this was a great post office to deal with as I have been going there for years but yesterday Rich and Kevin went beyond postal work as I had walked in no problem but all of a sudden felt dizzy and they got me a chair to rest but determined I needed an ambulance and got in touch with my husband to notify him that I was being taken to the hospital. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! YOU GUYS WERE WONDERFUL!”

They deliver in a timely manner and are prompt to assist if you have any questions about your box. Here and In DR they always answer the call and provide updates if needed.”

“I one hundred percent recommend this post office. I came in to mail my passport information and was promptly greeted and taken care of. I needed to expedite it and the person at the counter explained I didn't need to overnight my package, that if I priority mailed it it would arrive the same day. It's nice that there are still honest government employees.”
“The Customer Service I received today was simply outstanding. First, they helped me package the item for a reasonable cost (including the box, tape, bubble-wrap and labor). Then they helped me connect to their WIFI so that I could print my pre-paid FedEx label. I had come in with FedEx barcode, but they could not scan it as a 3rd Party. But once the label was printed, however, the box was quickly on its way! Awesome Customer Service! I was in and out quickly, and for a very reasonable price. Nice! I will definitely return there when I need to ship something. Thanks!”
