“I had a great experience. Jill came over as soon as I entered the door and assisted me with scanning my feet, looking at my steps, asking about the type of activity I do. All in all she was friendly, genuine, knowledgeable, accommodating and very helpful. I feel like I walked away with the perfect pair of shoes after being able to try on various styles and fits of shoes. I felt catered to and taken care of and I loved the experience start to finish! Love my new brooks and I will be back!”

“Tonight my daughter and I were at the mall and I was looking for sneakers. Now of course I was in my work clothing so it didn't look like I wore sneakers but still. So we went into foot locker and there were three associates standing in the middle talking. No one said hello or anything. Then as I was looking at shoes not one person came up and said a word to me. I even looked over at them and nothing so I left. Then I came into Villa and as I walked on someone greeted us. Then while at the shoes one lady was super nice and then a guy seen me going shoes and came right over and said can I help. I ended up getting a pair of sneakers and even asked his opinion on some stuff. Then when checking out the lady was super nice.”

“Stopped in just to have a look around the people were very friendly and the prices were good. I ended up making a purchase and it was very fast took me longer to decide if I wanted the gun than the background check did. John was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely go back.”

“First started going to Classic Harley for all my service needs a couple years ago. My experience so far has been phenomenal. Brandon and the service team at classic has continuously knocked it out of the park. I recently upgraded the front and rear suspension on my 2019 street glide and cannot be happier. I never thought it would be possible to make an 800 pound harley ride like a Porsche but this place made it happen. I would recommend Classic Harley to anyone!”

“I'll admit the prices can be a little high on some things. But not all. The atmosphere here is the seller. Just walking in, the smell makes you want to get to work on whatever job you have to do”

“Not too many salespeople during busy holiday season. Not good for those who like or need help. Otherwise, I recommend the store because they helped me with suggesting a competitor for OHSA compliant work shoes.”

“I had the most amazing experience here. I had foot surgery and afterwards,I bought a pair of Nike Airmax. I never wore them, but several months went by and for some reason my foot is just different and many shoes don’t fit right. Without hesitation, they helped me out and got me into the right pair of shoes for my needs and went above and beyond. When most people in the corporate world say “sorry, there’s nothing we can do”, the great mom and pop stores say “let’s see how we can help you”. The best store around!!! Thanks guys!!!”

“Very sad to see the store getting emptier and emptier. I really hope this store doesn't close along with so many others in the Berkshire Mall. Their se l ecrion was still decent when it came to sneakers. Sadly the sneakers my son wanted were at DLTR instead.”
