He was a pleasure to deal with, not only in his professional manner, but he never rushed anything and explained everything with a very friendly attitude. I would go as far as to say that the company should forward customers that are having issues with ESS Customer Reps at other locations who are non responsive to the customers needs to Sean as a national representative of the company for his attentiveness to the customer which is second to none.

“I recently used New Horizon for my move, and I can honestly say it was one of the best moving experiences I’ve ever had. From the very beginning, their customer service was top-notch—clear communication, quick responses, and a very straightforward booking process. They explained everything upfront, including pricing and what to expect on moving day, so there were no surprises.
On the day of the move, the crew arrived right on time, fully prepared, and ready to get started. They were professional, friendly, and extremely careful with all of my belongings. I really appreciated how they wrapped and protected my furniture, making sure nothing got scratched or damaged. Even with heavier items like [couch/bed/dresser], they handled everything with ease and a lot of care. What stood out the most was their efficiency. They worked quickly but never rushed, and they were very organized the entire time. I could tell they knew exactly what they were doing, which made me feel a lot less stressed during the process. They even went the extra mile to make sure everything was set up properly in my new place before they left.
