“I have been going here since they opened and have found them to be superior to the other car washes of a similar type. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Towels, air freshener and window cleaner is always available. The vacuums work great and the staff will pressure wash your "Weathertech" type mats if requested. I just joined their "unlimited monthly carwash club". It is a bargain!”

“I've never used a dog wash like this before. Huge bonus that the door locks and I felt safe with my pup in there. The wall directions were helpful on how to use. My only complaints are that when I went to rinse, soap continued to come out of the hose for quite sometime before going clear. I also was unable to get the timer to pause. The button would go green but keep counting down. Unless I read that part wrong. I would return again more prepared next time with more towels as the low vacuum was too low and the high scared my pup.”
“Recently took my 2021 WRX here for a detail and paint correction. Originally stopped to get a quote from my buddy clipping my car, leaving some paint transfer. When I first showed up, Adam was super helpful and informative, he also was able to get all of the paint off of it with some chemical they had, something he didn’t have to do at all. I proceeded to make an appointment to get it fully addressed. At drop off, Brad took my keys and then we went over my car noting the “problem” areas both inside and out. Brad was equally as informative as Adam was, and he let me know what to expect and what was possible realistically. At pick up, I was honestly blown away with how my car looked, the paint looked factory new, the inside likewise looked almost factory new. I hadn’t had a detail for the life of the car so was not expecting the results that I got. They even took extra care of things that I forgot to mention to them. Overall, this business has earned a lifetime customer out of me. They are amazing communicators, are honest, and charge a fair price. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for detail work in the bridgeville area. Definitely worth the trip if outside of the area too.”
“The car doesn’t always come out fully clean, and the drying cycle could definitely be longer. The potholes in the parking lot also need attention. Additionally, I feel the price is a bit high for the results. Hoping these issues can be addressed soon”
“First of all, the new addition of Graphene is very well worth the extra 4 Bucks per month on subscription. I say that without any hesitation. I had been very satisfied with Shining Star's Ceramic package but was a little taken back when I was forced to stop and choose whether or not I wanted to upgrade to the Graphene package. I messaged management and got a response within one day. I decided to give it a try. I have been going to Shining Star Car Wash for over 5 years. I'm a stickler for a nice clean shiny car. The only thing that bothered me over the years were the teeny tiny swirl marks that the cleaning brushes make, particularly on a black/blue finish. I don't have the time or energy to hand wash any more so I adapted to these slight drawbacks. Well, the very first time I went through and included the Graphene, I was amazed! Most of those little marks were nearly invisible. I've gone through twice now since adding it and am even more impressed. This new product addition is definitely worth the small extra charge. Go for it! You won't be disappointed.”

“Signed up for a basic cleaning on the website, came in based on reviews and location. Was surprised to find this was a one man operation.Brandon was professional, thorough, and transparent. I called him to discuss pricing for my vehicle, my needs, and availability. I showed up, he did the work as described on the site taking out the mats for cleaning, vacuuming the interior, and cleaning down all surfaces.The photos of the work speak for itself, I paid what I was quoted over the phone, and was on my way out within an hour of him starting work. Would gladly go to him again for future work.”

“I got the paint protection car wash. While I cannot review the efficacy of the paint protection because I won't know till much later if that helps or not... but I will say the car wash cleaned my car up nicely and the dryers helped in keeping water spots from appearing. It was a nice experience overall. Plus, it was an unexpected freebie for me. I had gotten a text for a free car wash so I thought I'd see if it was for real, I honestly didn't believe it was legit! It was!!!”

“This place is better known as the Auto Spa. It is your average sunoco gas station, but it has 4 carwash bays. It is only $1.25 in quarters for 5 minutes of wash time. It's one of the cheaper, do-it-yourself car washes in the area for those who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty.”

“To get the fit star provide people to wipe down the car. The air drivers still require that I must stop upon leaving to finish the job. I'm from another state and my car wash provides this even on the cheepest wash. Also the last time I got a wash, the rear wiper blade was dislodged. Luckily I wipe down the car and noticed this and reinstalled it. Other car washes provide a protective sleeve to insure this doesn't happen. Amazon sells these for 6 cents a sleeve. Not an unreasonable expense for your operation to get a five stars.”

“Minor amount of dirt and salt residue left over on hatch, rear window, and bumper after washing, however its winter, and the vehicle had a lot of dried salt when I brought it in, which was sufficiently removed. It did about as much as you can ask an automated car wash to do this time of the year.
In nice (warm) weather, I enjoy doing it myself, but it's been below freezing, so I certainly have no plans of sticking my hands into a bucket of water any time soon!
Overall, it looked well enough for me, and their "top of the line" wash price is better than a nearby competitor on the same road a couple of blocks away.”

“I have to say... im beyond shocked and at a loss of words.
So I stopped here one evening to wash my moms car. I used the last of my money I had to clean it for her. Pulled into bay 5. Deposited the quarters, grabbed the gun, turned it on and come to my surprise. The high pressure hose had a huge hole in it. It drenched me instantly. I had no choice to try and finish despite everything going wrong. By time I was done, my new shoes were ruined, my clothes completely soaked. I was pissed.
I left a note on the back door informing the owner of what happened
I didnt expect any type of response.
Until today when I got my mail. I noticed a self addressed envelope handwritten made out to my business
Open it up and it was the letter I wrote and left for them.
Also with cash.
I never expected even a response, and if anything maybe 5 bucks.
( im not disclosing the amount left Its irrelevant)
But to the owner who compensated me.. thank you... it means the world that you stepped up and made things right.
