The paint was dull, plastic already looked aged as did the tire walls. These guys were professional, courteous and importantly took superb care of my new vehicle. They coated the car with Feynlab ceramic coatings and now I have peace of mind that the paint is protected from typical Pittsburgh and sometime country gunk. Easy to drop off and pick up. “I highly recommend Ballou Auto Spa for all your car detailing needs. Quentin, the owner, is super nice, extremely talented, and detail oriented. My car was a complete mess when I took it to him, but he worked his magic, and it looks better now than it has in years! The crumbs and dirt are gone, and my car literally sparkles. I couldn't be more thrilled. Quentin knocked it out of the park! Also, I have bad allergies, and I'm sensitive to the scent of some cleaning products. Quentin was kind enough to show me all the cleaning products he uses in advance, and I checked to make sure none of them bothered me--and they were all fine. Ballou Auto Spa offers excellent customer service, on top of providing an outstanding service. I will definitely be going back. Thanks, Quentin! My car looks amazing. P.S. “I used the 24 hour self serve dog wash and I was impressed! $10 and I was able to wet, wash, vacuum, deodorize and blow one of my dogs while my wife and I were visiting my in-laws over Thanksgiving. My dog got extremely sick en route and it was a smelly ride to say the least. I was in no mood when we arrived for nonsense or a cruddy dog wash situation. It was clean, safe(plenty of glass all around to 'watch' my surroundings and just a nice experience period. As a dog owner of more than one and having had to use multiple dog washes throughout the many dogs I've had and doggy sat, it was the best. Too bad there are none in NOVA that meet the same standards including Tractor Supply and Pet Supplies Plus here in Manassas. I thought about opening one of my own here as so far, I have not patronized a single one that could compete.”

“I'm a club member and so is my wife we have the package that's roughly $50 a month. I have noticed that the wash doesn't use as much water and soap as it did in the beginning. The workers don't hardly hose the cars of anymore unless you tip them ( this has been my experience), the dryers don't dry our cars like they did at first and we also have a lot more water spotting. I feel they've cheapened up the wash cycles in my opinion but hey it's better than having to wash it at home. We are not really complaining but these are some of the changes we have noticed.”

“Really convenient place to wash your car right off the highway on your way from Pittsburgh to Monroeville. Paid just $1.00 per 3 minutes of vacuum time at one of two self-service vacuums and suction power was great! Vacuumed out my entire car thoroughly for $3. Then went through the first bay (the one closer to the road) for a touchless car wash and my car came out sparkly and fully dry with no soap left on it for their basic $10 wash (washes range from $10-$16). Very pleased with my experience here and also very easy to jump back on 22 to get to Monroeville shopping district.”

“I take my sedan through the wash, it does pretty good. I use the vacuums on both cars, they work pretty good. I don't take the convertible through car washes, it has nothing to do with the car wash, I just prefer to do it at home where I can do all the detailing in one go.”
