“Karen did a great job; first, by putting us through the mattress matching process, then taking us through the available options and their features. With her help and recommendation, we picked a great set that I believe best fits our needs. I rarely write reviews even when it's for a product I'm satisfied with, but when my husband and I immediately let out sighs of relief at the same time while testing the mattress Karen guessed would be the best option for us, I knew it would be life changing. No exaggeration, we have been having horrible sleep experiences to the point of choosing to go to recliners just to avoid waking up feeling stiff. Even though our current mattress is fairly new and of decent quality, it just wasn't a good fit for us. Gary was also very helpful during the checkout process. He very clearly explained the warranties and deals available with our purchase, which we took advantage of. I can't wait for the new bed to arrive.

“I went to the store at Oxford valley after searching for a mattress most of my day. I was on my way home and figured I’ll just run in and look. When I walked in I was greeted by Tiffany and she helped me almost immediately. I told her how I sleep and where the aches are when I wake up in the morning. She gave me a few options and pointed out that the one she recommended was on sale. So I purchased the mattress pretty much in minutes from walking in the door. She seemed to understand what I wanted by briefly speaking to me what my best option would be. I can’t thank her enough. She even has reached out to me to make sure my delivery goes smoothly. I would recommend this store for anyone searching for a quality mattress for a great price. I know I would go back if I need another mattress for a different room in my house…..”

“After a terrible experience with a local big box store, it was impressed upon me to visit Gerhards (Glenside). This is where I met Dave.After a bit of due diligence and learning which refrigerator brands not to invest in, I landed upon a GE model. I told Dave what I wanted and he made it happen. It was a quick sale on a Monday afternoon with delivery expected on Wednesday. When minor issues were found upon delivery, parts were sent via Fed Ex to my residence. Fast Repair service was quickly scheduled. Dan came out and made everything pretty again. It’s just what he does! Dave even reached out several times in the process, to ensure that I was being well taken care. Thank you, Dave!!P.S. This fridge is so dang quiet, I keep checking to see if it’s on.”
