“Didn't think I'd go into a Mattress Store and leave with new music reccomendations.. Steve Kohan is a real genuine human being. I was expecting to go to four or five different stores and just ignore the workers as I didn't want to engage in predatory sales practices and wanted to just trust the feel I get from the mattresses. I'm glad I took the time to chat with Steve Kohan, as I didn't have to go to anywhere other than my first stop at Mattress Warehouse. I was even initially going to brush off his recommendation after the sensor test they have to match you with your fit. But after briefly chatting, I could tell he wasn't just confident in the machine. He was confident in HIMSELF and his knowledge. In his own words, the machine simply confirms what he already knows. He was very calm, hospitable, and listened to my budgetary needs in his recommendation, which just so happened to be one of his favorite mattresses to recommend to people in my price range. He explained that with my budget this gives me the best of both worlds in terms of not just having a latex or foam mattress, its a spring mattress with a lumbar foam support across the way. I had thought spring mattresses were a thing of the past, and he really made me eat my words when I laid on the bed. I immediately thought it was perfect, and was blown away. The mattress arrived the very next morning, and I am so happy I let Steve Kohan direct my purchase.If anyone needs to get a new mattress and you don't know where to start, or even if you THINK you know where to start, come here and ask for Steve Kohan. The mans been doing this for 30 years and KNOWS his stuff. Not just about Mattresses, but music as well. By the end of the purchase we were rocking out to Queens first album on his phone. I don't think I'll ever forget that. It was an incredible experience, and true genuine human moment of real connection that doesn't happen as often as it should anymore in todays age. Thanks for being a real one, Steve. You really made my Friday, and this new bed is going to make my year!”

“When we walked in the store we were under the impression that it was just like buying a used car, and the hassles that come with it. Which, ultimately, they didn’t experience Bernie. A salesmen yes, but I believe this was Bernies calling. He was smoother than ice, built to sell these Rolls-Royce of comforts. A-Slim man, six feet, with a Hugh knowledge of mattresses circulating under his mask. Moreover, he broke us down like first grade, and riding a bike for the first time! Yes we went in thinking, we have a bed in thought and no one can change our minds. LOL, that wasn't the story. After an education in beds 101, we got a super bed that came with a great price. “I went to purchase a smart bed and, which I did and, the manager was really nice and helpful, my problem was waiting almost 3 weeks for delivery and, on the day of arrival they was really late that put me behind on my schedule and, then barely explained quickly but they was nice. So they put the bed together and, the bed was messed up because the stickers was removed from the legs and, the bed was very wobbly and, the other technician that came on on friday because the bed was delivered on a Wednesday. So they told me that the parts had to be order and customer service calls me and said I had to wait until they arrived at my house and the next appt would be 9/20 really and the the tech said I needed a bar for the mattress, so customer service said 30.00 what I just got the bed and 2300.00 dollars, get ne a manager, so that was fixed but, I dont like I have to be in a wobbly bed and still have wait another few weeks for parts. I'm really thinking about returning this bed. ?”
