I love that they will call me to make sure if I need certain medications before delivering them to me. There are times when I have enough for that month so I don’t need to fill the medication. “Altruix (Banks Apothecary) is & has been fantastic with my medication. I wish they did more than just specialty meds, because they’re so good. They call to set up everything, they’re excellent at following up. I have never had a single issue with them. I know exactly when my meds are coming & they get here fast. “I have been getting my son prescriptions here for almost 7 months and they have been so helpful with information and kind. I recently began getting my own prescriptions here and it is the first time in a long time that I ever felt that the pharmacist actually cared to remember who I was and offered sympathetic and kind words towards a medical condition I was experiencing. You wont find that kind of empathy at your larger chains. This type of personal service you will only get a these smaller pharmacys. I strongly recommend if you're the kind of person who wants to know info on your medicine and want a pharmacy who actually cares thank you so much”

“Can't say enough wonderful things about Adams! This little pharmacy in Keswick Village is an absolute godsend. We have a lot of pets, and online pet pharmacies or big chain pet stores cost a fortune, make you wait (um, if you need meds, you obviously need them quickly...), shipping fees, etc. Adams has a wonderful working relationship with area vets (we use Hamilton in Roslyn) and our vet calls everything in to Adams, and Adams calls us when it's ready. We have complicated meds for our crew of cats and unfortunately need a lot of compound meds that are transdermal (inside the cat ear) because the cats can't/won't take pills. And torturing a sick cat trying to force a pill, no need for that. Adams has helped us out so much by being able to make our cats' meds transdermal so our cats get the meds they need quickly so you can help your pet. My cat is in the hospice stage of his cancer and I can't torture him with pills and needles. Adams being able to make the med transdermal last minute is keeping my cat comfortable in his last days. Their pharmacy also has cute cat and dog treats, pill pockets, etc. And obviously they handle human meds too, so it's one stop meds for you and your pet! If you are looking for a locally owned small personalized friendly helpful business for your prescription needs, Adams is your go to place! And they also deliver! A++++”

“WOW! I used to get my eye meds from Keystone pharmacy (which I loved) but they closed, and recommended using Alexa pharmacy. After receiving my script yesterday, not only did they find me an amazing discount on my meds (same discount that Keystone had provided), it shipped free within minutes of receiving it, and will be arriving today!! “This was a quiet pharmacy. I still love it but people need to calm the hell down. Since they offer free testing for covid it's been a mad house. People pushing in line holding the door open like crabs pushing to get inside. My poor pharmacist is so overworked. They can't even get a lunch break. It's been wall to wall people for weeks . This Pharmacy does a phenomenal job. It's the visitors that need to find a covid test center in their own areas. Or at least don't come there being ignorant.”

“I’ve been having a hard time getting one of my prescriptions and so I know about 5 Star Pharmacy because they are a local business two minutes from my house. I called over there explaining my situation and Mike was more than helpful and very kind. I like sticking with the mom and pop pharmacies and will continue to stay with 5 Star! I was surprised at the amount of cool items they sold in there as well! They have a little bit for all ages!! When I saw some of the candy items for sale it brought me back to my childhood which I enjoyed and took a picture!
