They are incredibly friendly and helpful, all emails and doubts are clarified in the moment and all maintance request are conducted quickly and effectly, even in the middle of the night. “My husband and I lived in one of the smaller square footage 1 bedrooms for 2 years and really enjoyed our time there. The landlord is a great, chill guy who takes pride in his work. Sarah in the office helps run a smooth ship and is very friendly. Anytime we needed anything fixed, it was done very quickly (and with quality)! You can always get ahold of someone with a quick response and resolution. The entire building is kept extremely clean. The layout is great and helps eliminate any sound from next door. We lived on the second of three floors and did hear our upstairs neighbors a moderate amount, but that's to be expected in any apartment building. Very reasonably priced and a great location - easy access to route 8, but with plenty of privacy - everyone is pretty chill and quiet. More than enough parking spots for both residents and guests. A great sized kitchen with TONS of storage (unheard of in apartments!) And same goes for the bathroom. The bedroom was a little small, but we have a king sized bed and made it work. If you have a queen or smaller, it's a fine sized room. I would've liked to have some outdoor space, but given all the other great things going for this apartment, it was well worth the cost of living there! We only moved because we bought a house - would've stayed longer otherwise. Would recommend anyone to live here!”

“Lived here for two years now and this is my first place after moving from my parents house. I absolutely love it. Also being a minority I don’t feel any weirdness or odd feeling i’m very at peace and feel super safe. They haven’t raised rent on me yet despite the whole inflation nonsense going on and anytime I need maintenance which is hardly ever they are very responsive and helpful. The front desk ladies are super sweet and literally made everything so smooth and easy to understand. Neighbors are sweet and community is quiet . Management doesn’t hover and the only thing I would change is if for them to adapt an online system for paying. I use Bill Pay through my bank to make it easier on me so I don’t have to drop a physical check off every month. Otherwise,to me, I highly recommend.”
