“The storage spaces are competitive/good, with lots of choices depending on your needs. Mat is friendly and professional, and has been very helpful with truck rentals. Additionally, he warned me one time about a potential security issue with my unit before it became an issue. I would definitely recommend Guardian Storage Allegheny Valley.”
“I am happy to give a five star review to this excellent storage business. From my first contact to my last visit, the customer service at this establishment is gold standard. After I secured my unit I received a call from Cindy welcoming me to Guardian, which I felt was an added bonus not usually experienced. Then I received the best assistance from James, who not only processed my account, but walked me to my unit and answered my questions, which meant a lot. Receiving a welcome bag and a free heavy duty lock was an unexpected pleasure, and secured my good feeling about this business. The place is easily accessible, extremely clean, utility carts at the doorway in the loading dock making moving in easy. The office is welcoming and I watched the same courtesy that I experienced extended to another customer who was securing a unit. James actually walked him up to where I had my unit, and discussed his needs in getting a bigger one after seeing the small one. I am impressed by the level of service, and while some would say that they are just doing their jobs, I would say they made it easy get what was needed with attention to my details in a kind and courteous manner, not often seen nowadays. Here's my advice....try this place when you need storage, and you will not be disappointed!”

Kristen was truly amazing in clarifying, along with resolving inaccurate information provided by a second party (who answers your phone lines after 6pm). Her professionalism, understanding and stealth customer service skills were the most satisfying, rewarding, and calmimg result during my emergency need for storage space. She also went above and beyond to provide me with a moving truck, in spite of the 2nd party overbooking your only teyck. “I have just relocated to Pittsburgh and it has been a tough transition. Erin and Lisa both assisted me in this process. Lisa stayed at work almost an hour after her scheduled time just to rent me the unit. She treated me as if she was not about to get off and walked me to show me the different spaces. Erin and Lisa both have been amazing and definitely gave me some ease in this transition!! If you need to store your things big or small I definitely recommend this location.”
“BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! I initially wanted a storage unit for only a few months to help myself get a little bit organized. I never expected to have such a great experience where I upgraded to a bigger unit even! I love how peaceful the location is. BONUS! The manager Jeannie - is amazing! “On move-in, I somehow ended up with the wrong keys for my unit, but the front office took good care of me and fixed the problem by cutting off the lock and replacing it with one with the correct keys and all. And they did not charge me to fix the problem. Thank you Sean!”

“At this 56 storage facility you can be confident that your stuff is safe. The buildings are well constructed and maintained. The road work very good. Security cameras everywhere protect your valuables. Also you may need a truck or trailer. They got that. And for what you get it's really reasonable. Oh forgot to mention the great storage units. Big or small or parking like boats or rvs everything under the camera.safe . And the people are very nice too.”
“Oh my goodness, Sam is the most amazing and accommodating business owner. We needed to rent a unit quickly for our daughter (we are out of state) and he took care of everything. His prices are extremely fair and he had multiple options for units. He was professional, prompt, and caring. We knew our daughter would be in good hands with Sam. His unit was clean and had a large amount of area to traverse being able to load and unload. What a relief to have met him, we knew our daughter would be taken care of.”

“My husband and I lived in one of the smaller square footage 1 bedrooms for 2 years and really enjoyed our time there. The landlord is a great, chill guy who takes pride in his work. Sarah in the office helps run a smooth ship and is very friendly. Anytime we needed anything fixed, it was done very quickly (and with quality)! You can always get ahold of someone with a quick response and resolution. The entire building is kept extremely clean. The layout is great and helps eliminate any sound from next door. We lived on the second of three floors and did hear our upstairs neighbors a moderate amount, but that's to be expected in any apartment building. Very reasonably priced and a great location - easy access to route 8, but with plenty of privacy - everyone is pretty chill and quiet. More than enough parking spots for both residents and guests. A great sized kitchen with TONS of storage (unheard of in apartments!) And same goes for the bathroom. The bedroom was a little small, but we have a king sized bed and made it work. If you have a queen or smaller, it's a fine sized room. I would've liked to have some outdoor space, but given all the other great things going for this apartment, it was well worth the cost of living there! We only moved because we bought a house - would've stayed longer otherwise. Would recommend anyone to live here!”
“The facility was well kept and always felt very safe, management was wonderful and responsive. I am glad that I rented a storage spot from them!The only downsides were that the building would get very hot during the peak heat of the summer (otherwise it was usually temperate), and sometimes on busy weekends there were too few carts for everyone to use.”
