“I closed my Visa today due to the card being charged for late payments (I considered to be an inactive card, but old accounts were charging to it).The rep could have judged me for owing money on the account and closing the card, but instead made me feel very comfortable with the process. She even made a joke at the end of the transaction (not about the transaction, something else). I appreciated the professionalism and making me feel comfortable.”
“This is for the Folsom branch but it doesn't give me the option to select that one. I'm really loving the new system, so easy to use and if you need any help they are so quick to help. This really makes the transaction so much quicker.”

I had someone steal my card information and he ran me through all the ways to keep my information safe, he told me all the next steps and what to expect, and he gave me his business card and told me I could follow up with him at any time if I had any issues getting my money back. He’s the nicest and most thorough employee I’ve met here and I felt very heard and taken care of he even walked me to the atm to check my new card before I left cause he could tell I looked anxious and didn’t know what I was doing lol”

They handle all of my account and the guy there named chase peterson is an amazing guy and always helps me out with my accounts and services. He seems to be the leader there and always gets everything done. So far iam a satisfied customer of td bank. Thank you”
