“Spoil Me (on lower level of Springfield Mall) is a great find! Great location, friendly, professional service, and beautiful merchandise.
I went in to get a second piercing on my ear lobes, and the woman was so kind and accommodating.
I was lucky, for they offered free ear piercing with purchase of stud earrings; great selection to choose from!
All went well, and, now, I have a beautiful set of earrings, well-placed, and sparkly!

“I frequent this establishment a lot, people there are helpfully and friendly, even to people who don’t look like skaters. They’re always looking for something to do or a way to accommodate the customer. They usually keep someone at the desk prepared to ring u up and then have 1 or 2 others offering help around the store. They’re really good at preventing theft, one dude there gripped a hoodie out of someone’s waste as he was tryna walk out the store with out paying. I would call that detection to say the least.”
“This location always knocks it out of the park . Today when I brought my 11 yr old in to find some leggings there was sticky note hand written all over the mirror dressing room with kind self boosting words . My 11 yr old was so happy because she can be very rough on herself and this made her smile . Great Job Aerie !”
“My 8 year old found out she can fit XS in womens recently and we visited Rue 2x since. Sometimes it's hard for dad... doing hair, nails, and now girls fashion too.. its just us and a helping hand from the ladies that work there goes a longggg way. The girls at Rue were great both times. Buy the perfume at the counter for $10 when they ask.. they earned it with me. Thanks ladies. I'm sure we'll see you again soon.”

“Got some great sales this week, I usually like to hit the Aeropostale in AC, Tanger Outlets, but it's not a very big store, so there for not much of a variety, but I hit the Springfield mall and unbelievably, I got 49.00 hoodies for 15.00 & 39.00 sweat pants for 12.00, I was very pleased. Allot of things are 60 &70 percent off”
“Stopped in to pick up a last minute wedding outfit and Julian stepped right in to help me. I was in a rush but didn’t communicate that..he was quick and SUPER helpful. Very appreciative of that. I told him the fit I was going for and he provided great suggestions and I left with an awesome outfit in a half hour! I was by myself and asked for his honest opinions on the outfits I tried on and also appreciated his honesty! What a guy. I highly recommend this store.

“Manager Aubrey loves her job my daughter and I could tell. She went above and beyond while also being so pleasant and patient. My daughter being indecisive, Aubrey offered to put dresses on hold while also calling another store and putting that said dress on hold as well. No lines in the fitting room, a real personal experience. Will be returning throughout all 4 years of my daughter’s high school career ?”
