The woman at the front desk is so sweet and shows a genuine interest in everyone she talks to. She’s a joy to see.
They practice traditional and alternative medicine. The doctors here are knowledgeable, affable, attentive, and are suggestive but not forceful in anyway. It’s also nice to have a doctor praise you for the decisions you make for your child’s health. That was a first for me!

“I can’t speak more highly of the effective care Dr. Conner gave my dad with dementia. His care and review for my father was professional. When I asked for a dementia test, he promptly gave my dad one and generously had his license revoked for his safety. He treated my dad great and it was sad my dad passed. I had to sue my brother over abuse and illegal and medical negligence on my poor father. Dr Kevin Conner went to court to help testify to my dads dementia. The judge was very impressed with his credentials . His testimony was credible and a big part of wining my case was due to Dr Conner! He has never been to court and I’m very grateful for his time away from the office. He was very helpful, reliable and informative to my dads dementia and treatment of him for years with Dr Ratner!
Dr Conner is wonderful doctor and is my primary physician and I recommend and appreciate his medical expertise!

“I've had nothing short of an outstanding experience in every way at CHOP Chestnut Hill. Support is awesome - sick visits are easy to schedule, and well visits are smooth. Admin requests like school forms are taken care of promptly. Our kids are with Dr. Bakken who is incredibly thoughtful, communicative, and even does extra research to address our questions. We've also had sick visits with other docs here who have all been excellent - this office is stacked with great physicians who are both skilled and great communicators. We are really grateful!”

The scheduler on the phone (I think her name was Andrea or Adrian) was professional, super nice, patient and very helpful. “I went in twice in the past month. One for an IUD placement with Dr Booher and Natalie and one for a Colposcopy with Dr Davis and Evy. The doctors are great! Talked me through both procedures and calmed my fears along the way. The medical assistants were both amazing and attentive. “Ive been a patient of Doctor Rocco Costabile for atleast 10 years now. He is an outstanding doctor who always takes the time to listen to my concerns and truly look for solutions. I currently drive 45 minutes to see him since he has joined Devon family as I would follow him wherever. He never passes his patients concerns off as too much or dramatic and always is trying to truly help. He also teaches his patients any results or findings instead of just telling them what they are. I have a lot of back problems and Dr. Costabile takes the time to teach me why I have certain symptoms and how we can make it better. There is nothing I feel I cannot go to him for and I never feel dismissed. I highly recommend him as a primary care doctor and plan to stay with him as long as I can.”

“The male customer service representative is the best in the business! He is respectful polite and knowledgeable. The female med tech who do vitals is also best in the business.
