“If you have a dog, you need to get yourself here! I am so in love with this sweet shop and will be stopping by every time I am in Manayunk, which is usually with my pooch since it's on our way back from hikes at the Wissahickon. This bakery has a play area which I didn't even realize until I went to write this review, and they also have the cutest cookies, treats, accessories, and goodies for your dog. The staff here was the absolute sweetest and the vibes are just very good. My dog was so happy to be there and thoroughly enjoyed her St. Paddy's Day "lucky" cookie later that day. They were having a dog party later in the day, replete with doggie beer (LOL) treats, and playtime. I am so happy to know this business exists and will absolutely be getting my dog's birthday cakes and treats from here moving forward. An excellent addition to the already very dog-friendly Manayunk. Feel free to replicate my new dream Saturday: long hike at the Wiss, brunch on a patio, and a stop by this awesome shop. Tell your dog I say hi!”

“Thanks to everyone's reviews we went here for diy dog wash. It was easy to book, affordable and I really liked the setup -adjustable temp water and no heat dryer. We have a XL dog that can easily overheat and has sensitive skin so I was so happy to see they carried fragrance free products/usually we have to bring our own. The store is jam packed with unique products and brands that are not at big box stores. Overall we had a great experience and are definitely going to come back ✨?”
“Hometown pet store with plenty of pet goodies. From foods to baths to beds and carriers. I stopped by just to see the variety. They do have small pet foods for Chinchilla's, hamsters and guinea pigs, as well as a variety of fish for your aquarium and aquarium decorations. Friendly staff as well.”

“Samira and Michelle in the grooming area are awesome. My dog is unfortunately very anxious but they do their best to make her feel comfortable. They even offered some advice on how to help my dog feel less anxious when going to the groomer.

“Good experience over all. We got our puppy's first set of shots for 13.00, which is great. But you have to give the dog the shots yourself. We also got a huge bone for him to chew on. He loves it. We'll be back for our next set of shots.”

“I go to Braxton's for the self service dog wash. It's great, and it has everything I need to get dogs squeaky clean, and a great selection of treats to buy in order to regain my dogs love?”
“Got there when it first opened up in the morning at 9. Was greeted by a friendly woman at the live fish section. She gave me useful information in regards to care for my turtle.”
“I shop here often, so if you're shopping on a weekday between 4 and 5 the lines are long. The store shelves were recently changed so the way they are arranged are a little odd. They have plenty of fresh vegetables but not the largest selection as their other store. I still like the store”

“I took my senior dog in to be groomed and Jaranda was very friendly and did a fantastic job. Even though my dog is very anxious about being groomed and has never liked to be blown dry, she was comfortable enough with Jaranda to let her do it! I will definitely return.”

“The store was very clean and smelled good. I was impressed with how much the store has improved. However, I felt like I was interrupting a private conversation between the associates at the counter. They did not seem very professional and nobody asked if they could help me as I stood at the front. Also, there were 3 people at the front, but nobody in the store to ask if we needed any help. Very odd visit.”
“We’ve used doggy style for grooming our doodle for years and always had a great experience (even across different individual groomers during that timespan). They are very communicative, and always ask if we need any additional tweaks / trims when they complete grooming to ensure we are happy with the cut!”

“I had an AMAZING experience with the staff at this specific store. I was greeted with smiles and no judgement. I’ve been researching and preparing to own a leopard gecko, there is always more to learn but I was finally ready. I started off at the broomall location, whom turned me down and told me to check “reddit” and then decide if I want it , but tried to sell me a Tarantula in the same sentence? I called springfield, and they said get here by 8:30 and we got you. They gave me everything I needed and got me out swiftly. Will be shopping here again!!!!”
