Super easy online setup, and Tony in the management office is great to work with and has always been available, helpful, and responsive. You can park and unload right at the climate controlled buildings doors, which was perfect because it rained for a couple of days that we were moving stuff in.”

“The check-in process was simple. You do not have to go in because everything can be done online. Upon arrival, I went into the office to get clarity on something and Stephanie was very helpful and professional.
You can access the gate from the app for entry and exit. Everything is convenient.
The units are slightly old and tattered, but they will do for what we need them for. Overall, I would recommend.”

Well-lit, good-temperature, easily accessible space - and all of our questions were handled wonderfully by the manager, Donald Maginnis, who was consistently warm and helpful. “I rented a unit at Extra Space Storage in the Philly area for a full year, and it was a total win it’s clean and best rates in area.
The only minor hiccup was the elevators they’re a bit on the slow side but I never had any real issues or delays that caused problems. What really stood out was the top-notch communication; the team kept me updated every step of the way.
Shoutout to Kyle, who was incredibly helpful and made closing out my account quick and painless with no hassle”
“Super clean, well maintained facility. Loading docks are large. Moving equipment (hand trucks and flat carts) readily available. Location was easy to get to for large moving trucks - large parking lot for easily turning the truck around. Dumpsters on site to dispose of waste. Wawa and gas station right next door for some food/caffeine when needed. Friendly and helpful staff on-site as well. Well-lit corridors and loading dock. I wish it was free, but well worth the money.. stored my belongings for 18 months while we moved across country - my belongings were safe and climate controlled the whole time. Scheduled my final move-out with movers and was it stress-free from the storage side.
Not sure how they could make it better. 5 stars.”

“I rented a van from this location. I’m moving from Ohio and the move has been very long and very stressful. I rented from Wayne at the Primo’s location. I am legally blind, and Wayne made the process seamless from beginning to end. Even though I can’t see the documents, Wayne helped me to Read them all and sign everything efficiently and quickly. He made sure that I understood everything that all the different documents were saying. I rented a unit and I was putting my items in the unit I had forgotten to purchase a lock. Wayne ran back to the office, added a lock to my account and brought it to me at the unit really saving me a lot of time. I found the customer service to be flawless, efficient and incredibly friendly. The facility is spotless, clean and modern. Everything from beginning to end was perfect and I’m very grateful to Wayne for making my life just that much easier.”

“The management was wonderful! But the hours of operation were not conducive to normal business hours anyone would consider convenient to the renter. Especially not being able to even pay your account online. { NOT EVEN AN APP FIR THE BUSINESS} !!! But the worst part of this storage facility, would have to be the unit I was issued was up a flight of stairs that the concrete on and above the steps are broken up and dangerous. I had no access to a dolly and my unit was up the stairs and three Isles back. It was the worst experience having to empty the unt in a timely fashion. Without hurting myself and getting it done before I was being contacted and told it’s overdue and would be charged. The flooring is falling in and they weather eliminates were more then effecting my stored belongings. The entire facility has to be updated , The company Mr. Storage should be paying me as opposed to me being billed for this facility at all.”
