I approached him with the impression that the torn reel was irreparable, but he swiftly restored and digitized the cassette. My iPhone 15 Pro was completely bricked (grayed-out Wi-Fi and stuck on an endless loading screen). Every shop I called in South Philly told me it was a dead motherboard and not worth repairing. They told me to go to this spot in Upper Darby instead.
I dropped it off, and they had it fixed in just one day. It turned out to be a deep iOS software issue, and they only charged me $20! Incredible honesty and amazing service. Don't waste your time anywhere else—go here first!”

They have powered through all our questions about monitors and keyboards that we threw their way. We even participated in a gaming competition they had, and actually won a ridiculously nice keyboard. “Happy after visiting WWS. Great staff with good knowledge of hifi. Was looking for bookshelf speakers for my medium room. They had Focals Dynaudio Klipsch B&W mainly for demo at Ardmore store. And a wide variety of Integrateds for demo. Yamaha, MCIntosh, Nad, Cambridge, Marantz when I visited. Decided to get a B&W after auditioning for 30 mins. Pretty impressed. Thanks Ryan and Tommy.”
“I have owned Streamlight flashlights for decades. I have all types from tactical firearm mounted ones, to pocket lights, to full size rechargeable ones. They have always performed great and are incredibly bright!
I also want to give a shout out to say how awesome their customer service is. I lost a clip off of one of my small lights and called to purchase a replacement. They were very helpful and are shipping a replacement one out tomorrow. It is things like this that makes customers for life.”

“I have been consistently impressed with the customer service at Best Buy in Springfield, PA. The team there is so professional, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Huge shoutout to Sanzidul, who sold me my laptop and continues to be my go-to professional. He goes above and beyond and has turned me into a very loyal customer. “Wow. I can't say enough about the knowledge and efficiency of the service provided by Brandon. My system is old with numerous querks and I had 2 differentproviders look at it. The last one spent hours and left it in worse shape. Bandon diagnosed several problems almost immediately and then got it working better than ever.He explained everything in terms i could understand so I could troubleshoot on my own for minor cliches. I would never go anywhere else for my audio-visual needs and highly recommend Brandon. I could not be more impressed with his work.”
“The Delco team is absolutely top notch. They have completed two separate projects for our school - a cafeteria video/audio project and a gym audio project. Both projects greatly exceeded my expectations. The team was phenomenal, timely and friendly throughout the work. Delco was also the most efficient crew I have ever seen -- efficiency and great quality work do not always go together but they are truly masters at what they do - everything down to the details was done right. They also take the time to explain how to use the equipment in simple terms for those of us who are not audio technicians :-).After the project was completed, I had a couple of questions and they were very responsive and offered to come out again to demonstrate how the system works. If you have an audio/visual project you could not do better than Delco Solutions!”

“My daughter and I had a tremendous experience on 5/22/26 at this T-Mobile Store. This is a very complicated story but was resolved with our 110% satisfaction. My daughter needed to switch her Verizon account and added to my T-Mobile account for several reasons. Previously, she was on her daughters Verizon account but it was becoming too expensive and for several other reasons.
We were extremely fortunate to have Lindsi W. as the agent who handled the changeover. Lindsi handled all the roadblocks that prevented that switchover to an additional line to my T-Mobile account. She managed to get in touch with my granddaughter to get the Verizon account number (she was the account holder), and the PIN necessary to do the change. Previously, I tried doing all of this on the phone but was told it was literally impossible to handle without personally visiting a T-Mobile store.
Lindsi spent about 1 1/2 hours making phone calls, getting information, and ultimately completing the changeover from Verizon to T-Mobile. She was extremely patient, very knowledgeable in all the procedures, and kept assuring us that she'd get it done. The customer service we received was amazing in all aspects. Lindsi is a true professional at her job and a very valuable asset to T-Mobile. A big shout-out to T-Mobile and especially to Lindsi for going above and beyond!”

Had to get away from AT&T. Things had been going well, but started having a problem calling my contacts.
When I tap the call button I get a message saying something like Won't go thru my My Metro app,use another.
I tried calling the store 3 times starting at 4:30pm let it ring 10x at least, and nobody answered and no voicemail message either. Is the store still open till 7pm?”

Felicia responded quickly, stayed calm, and provided clear and effective steps that helped me get my phone working again in a short amount of time.
